基于CAN总线的船舶机舱监控网络系统的研究

【摘要】 本文首先分析了国内外船舶机舱计算机监控系统的结构特点和发展趋势,并在对现场总线技术进行深入研究之后,提出了以现场总线为基础来构造船舶网络系统的设计思路。继而,本文深入的探讨了一种典型现场总线技术—CAN(Controller Area Network)的发展历史、性能特点、技术规范以及应用实现等问题。最后,结合交通部“通达计划”子项目研制出一套基于CAN的船舶机舱监控网络系统,并对模型系统的设计与实现方法作了详细的描述。 研究实践证明,CAN的数据通信具有突出的可靠性、实时性和灵活性,非常适用于船舶机舱监控系统的构建。这种研究方向是符合国际发展趋势的。

【Abstract】 Firstly, based on the analysis of the structure characteristics and development trend of the monitoring and control system of marine engine room as well as an in-depth investigation of the Fieldbus technology, a new Fieldbus-based ship network system is put forward in this article. Furthermore the author has thoroughly discussed a typicalFieldbus technology------CAN (Controller Area Network) and its related problemssuch as history, performance, specification, implementation etc. Finally, combined with the actual study result of the "TongDa plan" which is initiated by the Ministry of Communications, the paper introduced a CAN-based monitoring and control system, and also described the design and implementation method of the model system in detail.It is proved by the practice of the project that the data communication of CAN has outstanding characteristics about reliability, realtime, and flexibility, therefore is very suitable for the construction of monitoring and control system of marine engine room. This research direction is adapted to the international development trend.
