远程子母弹囊式抛撒结构设计及计算机仿真技术

【摘要】 本文进行了远程子母弹囊式(外燃式)抛撒系统结构设计和计算机仿真技术研究。主要内容如下: 1)结构设计和试验研究 根据技术指标完成了远程子母弹囊式(外燃式)抛撒系统结构的设计,进行了燃气发生系统与输送系统试验、气囊充气试验和全系统抛撒试验。试验结果表明采用本文的抛撒系统结构、能很好的实现指标要求。 2)理论研究 运用经典内弹道理论和外弹道理论,建立了子母弹囊式抛撒系统抛撒过程的内外弹道数理模型,从理论上研究燃气抛撒装置中各参量对抛撒性能的影响,以及子弹外弹道运动规律和子弹散布特性,从而对抛撒装置诸元进行优化设计。

【Abstract】 This paper presents experimental and computer simulation studies of the gasbag throwing structure of long-range cargo-projectile. The main points are as follows:1) Experiment researchThe gasbag throwing system structure of the long-range external-combustion cargo-projectile has been designed according to the technical target. The experiment studies of gas-generating system and gas-transporting system, the gas-charge experiment of the gasbag and the throwing experiment of the whole system have been carried out. The experimental results show that the technical target is achieved by using the throwing system presented in this paper.2) Theoretical researchBased on the classic interior ballistic theory and exterior ballistic theory, the theoretical models in the throwing procedure of cargo-projectile have been established. The affection of several designing parameters on throwing performance of the throwing system , the flying stabilization and moving laws of sub-projectiles have been studied. According to the theoretical research, the throwing system structure is optimized.
