基于87C196CB双微机励磁调节器的研究与开发

【摘要】 随着自动控制理论和微电子技术的发展,计算机控制技术逐渐在水电厂普及应用,并取得了良好的效果,积累了丰富的经验,使得水电厂综合自动化水平得到很大提高,在发电机励磁控制方面涌现了许多类型的微机励磁调节器。然而,现有的微机励磁调节器大多只是在闭环控制方面利用微机取代了常规模拟式励磁调节器,在可靠性、通讯能力和人机界面等方面都远不能满足水电厂的要求。 本文在总结和借鉴水电厂已有微机励磁调节器的基础之上,研究开发了一种基于87C196CB的双微机励磁调节器。在简要介绍了励磁系统的整体结构和工作原理的基础上,给出了以87C196CB高性能16位单片机为核心的调节器硬件和软件具体的设计和实现方法,最后对励磁调节器的可靠性进行了分析与设计。 在通讯方面,用87C196CB内部集成CAN2.0和SJA1000 CAN总线控制器,构成可靠性极高的串行通讯总线,确保了系统的监控功能的可靠实现;在交流采样方面,采用高速同步并行A/D转换器ADS7864,避免了由于非同步采样及转换速率太低所导致的同相电压与电流之间的相角差;在脉冲形成方面,用可编程逻辑器件PLSI1032使硬件结构紧凑,可靠性高;在人机界面方面,用触摸屏代替传统按键,参数设置方便、操作直观,易维护。 软件采用高效率的C-196语言与ASM-196汇编语言混合编程,程序代码少,执行时间短。多个中断的嵌套调用,为程序的设计带来了极大方便,使各种服务程序的执行时间满足快速发电机励磁控制系统对信号响应时间的要求。
【Abstract】 With the development of cybernetics and micro-electron technique, the technique of computer control has been popularized and applied gradually in hydro-power plants, while gaining good effect and accumulating a plenty of experience, the level of automation has been boosted largely in hydro-power plants, a lot types of excitation regulators based on microprocessor appear in excitation control of the generator. However, the microprocessor excitation regulators applied in power plants replace the general integration circuit with microcomputer only in closed loop control mostly. Its reliability, communication ability and interface can’t meet the need of hydro-power plants.This paper researches and develops a type of double microprocessor-controlled excitation regulator with 87C196CB based on the present microprocessor-based excitation regulator applied in power plant. First, the whole structure and the working principle of the excitation system are introduced briefly. Second the specific design and realization ways of regulator’s software and hardware based on 87C196CB are suggested. Lastly, the analysis and design of set’s reliability is conducted.In communication, the use of the CAN serial communications controller of 87C196CB’s and SJA1000 composes high reliability serial bus communications in order to ensure the reality of system’s supervision and control reliably. In Alternating Current sampling, the adoption of high speed, synchronous and parallel A/D device ADS7864 avoids the phase error between voltage and current of the same phase which results from asynchronous sampling and low conversion speed of A/D device. In pulse forming, the utilization of the programmable logic device PLSI1032 makes the structure of theregulator’s hardware become more compact and obtains higher reliability. In interface, the replacement of general keys with touch screen makes it convenient to set parameter, direct to operate and easy to maintain.The software adopts the C-196 with high efficiency, and combined with asm-196, so the code of program is simple and the processing time is short. The application of multi-interrupt brings much convenience to design program and makes the processing time of program meet the requirement of the fast excitation control system of generator’s responding to signal.
