弧面分度凸轮的廓面误差补偿及基于SolidWorks的运动仿真

【摘要】 本文利用空间啮合原理和旋转变换张量法简洁地推导出了弧面分度凸轮的廓面方程,同时深入分析了凸轮廓面误差产生的原因并找到了解决办法:新的刀位控制方法。另外本文还基于SolidWorks对凸轮机构进行了参数化实体造型和加工,同时进行了啮合仿真,从而对CAD/CAH进行了有益的探索。主要工作如下: 首先,针对一般工程人员难以接受弧面分度凸轮廓面复杂的廓面推导过程,本文运用空间啮合原理和旋转变换张量法较简洁的推导出了凸轮的廓面方程、压力角等一些设计参数,并对凸轮的啮合特性进行了深入的分析和研究。 其次,论文着重分析了弧面分度凸轮的廓面误差及在其加工过程中各误差因素,得出了“当刀具出现误差时,不论采取何种补偿方法都会使加工后的廓面产生误差”这一重要结论。在此基础上,本文提出了新的刀位控制方法,从而极大提高了凸轮的加工精度,并为空间任意曲面的磨削加工提供了经济可行的参考方案。 再次,论文采用解非线性方程组的牛顿迭代法解出实际加工曲面与理论曲面间的误差值,并用VC++6.0编制了误差分析程序来定量分析理论廓面、实际廓面以及补偿后的廓面间的关系,从而也在数据上对新的刀位控制方法进行了验证。 最后,论文基于SolidWorks2000对弧面分度凸轮机构进行了三维造型,同时用VC++6.0对SolidWorks2000进行了二次开发,对弧面分度凸轮机构的加工和啮合进行了三维运动仿真。

【Abstract】 This paper briefly deduces the profile equation of the globoidal indexing cam by the means of space mesh theory and method of rotating transform tensor,it also analysis the cause of the error of cam profile deeply and gets the resolvent to the problem: a new control method of the tool. Based on Solidfforks2000, the paper also completes the parameteric entity proplasm to the cam mechanism and give the machining and mesh simulation about it, such of them will become a beneficial probe to CAD/CAM. The main work are as follows:Firstly, in order to resolve the problem that the complex deduction of the globoidal indexing cam are difficult to understand for most of the engineers, this paper have deduced some design parameters about the cam by the use of some new methods , such as profile equation-, pressure angle . The paper also did some deep research works about mesh characteristic.Secondly, this paper mainly discuss the profile error about the globoidal indexing cam and the various affect factors during the machining process, and obtained a important conclusion , i. e. when tool error occurs,no matter what kind of compensation method are used , the error exist on the machined profile will not disappear. Based on it, the paper put forward a new control method of the tool, and this improves the manufacture precision greatly, and this also provides an economical and feasible referenced solution for the grinding of any curve in the space.Thirdly, this paper obtained the error value between the manufactured curve and theoretical curve by means of Newton iterative method. The paper also programmed the error analysis programme by VC++6.0 so as to quantitatively analysis the relations among the theoretical profile, practical profile and the compensated profile, and this give a powerful prove for the new control method of the tool.At last, this paper completes the entity proplasm to the cam mechanism based on SolidWorks2000. At the same time, the paper also perform some thesecond development to SolidWorks2000 by VC++6. 0 so that the manufacture and mesh process can be simulated.
