一种跟踪式新型表面形状测头的研究

【摘要】 叶轮机械在航天、航空、汽车、能源等领域都有非常广泛的应用。随着对叶片质量要求的提高,测量精度和效率显得越来越重要。目前国内外研究的焦点是用三坐标测量机进行测量,因为三坐标机具有测量范围大、精度高、效率高等优点。三坐标测量机的功能、工作效率、精度与测头密切相关,新型测头的出现将使测量机的功能更加完善。因此,本文选定了这一具有应用价值的研究课题。 本文通过分析论证,提出了一种新型的表面形状测头;设计了实验系统并就所研制的实验系统进行了详细的阐述;对程序总体及各部分程序所完成的功能进行了简单介绍;设计了实验方法、介绍了实验过程并分析了实验数据;通过对几种跟踪测量方法进行比较,得出结论:本课题研究的跟踪测量方法具有较高的分辨率与测量精度,值得进一步研究推广;本文还对影响测量精度的因素进行了详细的分析,并提出改进措施,为课题走向实用化奠定了基础。 本课题涉及光学、电子、计算机、控制、测量、图像等学科领域,其内容广泛,涉及面宽。本课题研究的新型表面形状测头,为物体表面形状的测量提供了一个行之有效的方法。通过实验验证该测头具有测量不伤及被测表面、检测自动化程度高、测量精度高、测量范围大、可实现远距离测量等优点。该测头不仅可以实现叶片的表面形状测量,而且适用于各种漫反射表面的表面形状测量。该测头不仅可以安装在三坐标测量机上,也可以结合其它的测长仪如双频激光干涉仪进行测量,具有广泛的推广前景和很强的现实意义。

【Abstract】 The impeller machine is widly used in many field, such as spaceflight, aviation, automobile, energy souce and so on. With the require of quality improved of laminae, the precision and efficiency of the measurement become more and more important. At present, the emphasis of research is to use the Three-coordinate Measurement Machine to take measurement in and out of our country, because it has the advantages of wide measurement scope, high precision and high efficiency and so on. The fuction, working efficiency and precision of the Three-coordinate Measurement Machine is closely related to the detector. The emergence of new type of detector will be bound to make the fuctions of the measurement machine more consummate. Therefore, the thesis chooses this research task which have great advantages in application .In this thesis, a new surface shape detector is put forward by the method of analyse and demonstration. Experiment system is degsigned and demonstated in detail. The fuction of the whole body and every part of the program is introduced. The method of experiment is degsigned, the experiment’s process is talked about and the data are analysed. Comparing with other track measurement , we draw the conclusion :the track measurement in our reseach has higher resolving power and higher measure precision, so it is worth to study and extend further. Also, the reasons which affect the measurement precision are analysed detailedly and the improved measures are put forward so as to establish the base to make this research to practice.This research content is abroad and deal with many disciplines such asoptics, electron, computer, control, measurement and image process and so on. The new surface shape detector provide a practical and effecitive method to measure the object’s surface shape. In the experiment, the detector is proved to have the advantage that it do not injure the suface in measurement, have high degree of automation, have high measurement precision ,and can make far distance measurement. This detector can take the measurement not only of the lamina’s surface shape but also of varied surface with diffuse reflection. It can not only set on the Three-dimensional Coordinate Measurement Machine but also combine with other machine such as Interferometer to take measurement, so it has broad foreground and high application value.
