大批量定制信息支撑体系理论与方法研究

【摘要】 大批量定制的生产方式(MC)作为21世纪的主流制造模式,成为研究的热点。虽然已经有一些具有成果性的、基于典型企业实施MC的案例研究,以及关于若干理论与方法的研究,但是很少涉及到实施MC的运作支撑体系的研究。一般认为支撑体系可以分为五种:组织支持、契约平台、知识平台、物流系统以及信息支撑体系。MC智能化、动态组织的特性,决定了信息支撑体系是其它运作平台的基础。基于此,论文以陕西省自然科学基金项目“大批量定制与陕西制造企业运作机制变革研究”(2000G06)为依托,对大批量定制运作支撑体系中的信息体系进行全面、系统的研究,目的在于构建该支撑体系的基本框架和集成步骤以及不同阶段的集成方法。 论文运用系统动力学、经济学等理论,深入地研究了信息体系发展的动力模型,指出经济发展是驱动力、管理方式是原动力、技术进步是推动力、顾客需求为拉动力,共同作用导致信息体系的演进。在综述不同生产方式下应用的信息支撑体系的基础上,重点分析了支撑MC运作的信息支撑体系的四种动力和具体运行环境。从而界定了该系统的性质和特点:跨组织信息体系以及客户个性化需求信息驱动的信息体系。着重分析了MC信息支撑体系的四阶段集成方法:成员企业内部信息集成阶段、应用平台集成阶段、管理链和工程链信息集成阶段、以及信息系统建模阶段,提出了集成框架图。并分别介绍了各阶段集成的方法。重点论述了集成平台信息集成的原则、功能,以及第四阶段集成——信息系统的框架。最后论述了该信息系统中的协调子系统的协调机制和个性化信息处理子系统的系统结构。尤其是从MC个性化理论出发,总结前人个性化信息处理方法:质量功能配置法和产品族构建法的基础上,提出基于树形的两极需求功能配置法的框架:传导函数、需求函 西安理工大学硕士学位论文数、配置函数,作为个性化信息处理子系统的设计思路,并详细阐明了该方法的四个实施步骤:个性化信息收集和分类阶段、个性化需求分析阶段、个性化需求信息配置阶段、可制造性评价阶段,指明了各个阶段的方法在个性化信息处理子系统中的应用,为个性化信息处理于系统的实现奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The production model Mass Customization as main manufacturing model of 21st century has been coming research focus. Although there are many research achievements about the case of implement and some theory and method, it is seldom on the research of operation support system. Generally there are five support systems for MC: organization, agreement, knowledge, logistics and information system. Because MC is an intelligence and vital organization, information system become the base of the other support systems. Based on the "Mass Customization and the reformation of manufacturing trade" (2000G06) of Shaan-Xi and aimed at describing the essential configuration of information support system, the comprehensive and systematical study on the information support system for MC is preceded.In this paper, the in-depth study on the evolution of information support system is carried out applying the theory of systematical dynamics and economics through four dynamic elements, those are the advance of science and technology, the development of economy, the management mode and the need of the custom, the different information support systems for all kinds of production model are summarized, and the four dynamical elements and distinctive operation environment are mainly discussed, and the features are analyzed :it is a multi-organization information system which is driven by the information of the customer’s needs. The integration four-stage method for MC information system is proposed in this paper: the first stage: inter information integration for enterprises which are the members of MC enterprise, the second stage:integration platform, the third stage: integrating the information of management and manufacturing, the fourth stage: the found of information system. The principle and function of integration platform and the configuration of the four-stage are mainly analyzed in this paper. At last, the configuration of two parts of the fourth stage (information system) is proposed: the sub-system of coordination, the sub-system of customization information dealing. On the view of customization theory, the method of information processing for customization is summarized: Quality Function Development and Product Function Architecture, then the Need Function Development (NFD) as the design way of implementing sub-system of customization information dealing is proposed based on them. The configuration include three parts: transmission function, need function and developing function. The adapting four steps for implementing are proposed: the collection and classification stage of customization information, the analysis stage of customization information, matching stage and evaluating stage for producing. According NFD, flow-charts are proposed which become the foundation of implement the system.
