【摘要】 本文介绍了巴盟电业局MIS网规划及其变电运行子系统的研制。变电运行系统基于分布式数据库系统设计，采用了面向班组、面向基础数据的设计思想。系统由设备管理、运行管理、抄表管理、操作票管理、班组管理和安全管理六大功能模块组成，它的投运不仅大大减轻了变电运行人员的工作负担，而且为提高整个输供电企业的运行及管理水平起了积极的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents a management information system（MIS）layout of Bameng Power Bureau and its substation operation subsystem. The subsystem is based on distribution database structure design. A new database system design method, named as basic working units and data-oriented, is utilized. The subsystem consists of facility management, operation management, security management, working units management, operation ticket management and so on. Its practical operation not only decreases labor of working staff in substations, and also makes a satisfactory contribution to increase management level of power supply enterprises.更多还原
