【Abstract】 To establish the electric power market at the generating side is the first step in the commercialization of Chinese electric power market. Shandong Century Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. (SCEPD) is the first electric power station all over China that had taken this kind of reform. It is of significance both theoretically and realistically to develop a decision aid system of making economic analysis and bidding for sales to grids for power plants.This paper has studied the bidding strategy for power stations based upon predicted marginal price in the environment of electric power market . Then accordingly to structure the decision aid system for bidding for sales to grids, an implementing project scheme can be found at last.
