【摘要】 本文分析了包头供电局变电检修管理的现状，提出了变电检修管理的信息化解决方案，并进行了系统总体设计，在统一数据平台基础上进行了数据库设计和规范化的代码设计，建立了工作票管理、停电申请票管理、油务监督管理、仪表监督数管理和高压监督管理5个专业数据库。在此基础上，研制开发了变电检修管理系统，并在包头供电局修试公司投入了运行，它包括工作票管理、停电申请票管理和三项监督管理三个子系统。变电检修管理系统的投运，对提高修试公司的检修水平和管理水平具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the situation of substation equipment reparation and management of Baotou electric power bureau and presented the plan of management information system of substation equipment reparation. The paper designed the structure of management information system of substation equipment reparation. The paper designed five databases such as working ticket management, power supply cut application ticket, oil test management, electrical meter test management and high voltage test management. On the above bases, the management information system of substation equipment reparation was developed.
