凝汽器性能监测与故障诊断研究

【摘要】 本文从凝汽器和冷却塔的整体角度研究了凝汽器的性能监测模型,主要包括:凝汽器水侧管壁清洁系数的监测模型、凝汽器压力应达值的计算模型和循环水系统的优化模型。本文在总结已有研究成果的基础上,运用模糊数学方法及神经网络技术,讨论并建立了凝汽器故障诊断模型。在本文所研究的理论基础上,本文开发了基于Windows 98的应用软件。

【Abstract】 Form the point view of condenser and cooling tower as a whole, the paper studies the model of condenser performance monitoring, which includes the monitoring model of tube wall cleanness factor, the calculation model of condenser pressure target value and the optimum model of circulating water system.Based on the conclusions studied by other, the paper discusses and builds the model of condenser fault diagnosis by applying fuzzy math and ANN.Based on the theories discussed in the paper, the author exploits application software, which is suitable for Windows98 environment.
