【摘要】 制造业信息化既是一个国家信息化的基础和核心，又是市场竞争和自身生存发展的需要。制造业信息化的关键就是制造业本身信息系统的建设。在高速发展的信息时代，就必须具有利用现代信息技术来管理信息的能力，即利用信息技术的知识来规划、应用信息系统，以实现提高制造业的生产率、竞争力和业绩的目标。信息系统开发的方法很多，不同类型的信息系统可能要选择不同的开发方法。随着科学技术的发展和人们认知的不断深入，更先进、实用和有效的方法也在研究和完善之中。 演示与讨论法DADM(Demonstration And Discussion Method)，它要求在信息系统开发过程的各个阶段，在所有相关人员之间进行有效的沟通与交流；具有较好的可预见性；实施过程是启发式的；实施具有可操作性；具有一定的开放性；有利于在整个开发过程中进行全面质量管理。这些特点，使其克服了传统开发方法的不足，是对信息系统开发方法的发展和补充。 本文主要探讨了DADM方法在制造业IS开发中的应用，全文共分四章。 第一章绪论。信息系统是基于计算机、通信网络等现代化的工具和手段，服务于管理领域的信息处理系统。它是20世纪中叶信息科学、计算机科学、管理科学、决策科学、系统科学、认知科学、人工智能以及认识论、开发方法等学科相互渗透而发展起来的一门学科。本章首先论述了信息系统的功能、特点和类型。其次概述了信息系统的发展历程和方向。最后介绍了网络计算模型。 第二章信息系统开发的DADM方法论探讨。系统开发方法论的基本任务是研究信息系统开发的规律以及相应的技术和工具，从认识论、方法论、系统论的角度研究一套符合现阶段人们认识的系统开发原则的方法和工具，以指导开发的全过程。本章首先分析了传统IS开发方法论的优点和不足，作为比较，然后再论述了一种新的IS开发方法——演示与讨论的方法(DADM方法)。 第三章基于DADM方法论的制造业IS开发。本章以力神机械有限公司IS开发为例，说明了采用DADM方法进行制造业IS开发的过程，对其中计划管理模块开发的系统分析、系统设计、系统实施各个阶段从理论上和实践上作了详细的论述和分析。 第四章制造业IS开发的程序设计和调试。Visual Basic是Microsoft公司推出的Windows应用程序开发工具，作为Windows流行的编程语言，它从根本上改变了传统的程序设计模式，大大简化了Windows应用程序设计。本章利用VB作为系统开发工具，以力神机械有限公司IS中计划管理模块开发为例，详细阐述了制造业IS开发的程序设计和调试过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Manufactural infoimation management is not only the foundation and the core of the national information management, but also the necessaiy requirement of the market competition and the development of itself. The key point of manufactural information management is the development and the construction of the manufactural information system (IS in brief). Presently, the developing speed of information technology (IT in brief) is rapid. So the manufactural industry should have the ability that uses modem information technique for information management about commercial manufacture. That is to say, to improve the producing efficiency, market competition competence and the sum of sale distribution, manufactural industry should adopt the modern information technique as a tool for layout and managing the applied information system. Up to now, lots of methods appears for developing an information system. Different kind of information system is maybe corresponding to different developing method. Along with the development of science and technology and the deep understand of manufactural information, methods that are more advanced and more useful are researched and developed.Demonstration and Discussion Method (DADM in brief) makes up the shortcoming of the traditional developing method, and is a kind of development and supplement to traditional method for information system. It has many advantages listed as follows. The system interface is open and the operation process of the designed system is easy and instructive. During the course of developing of the information system, the researcher and the related can communicate person to person. These merits mentioned above are helpful to improve the whole managing level in the course of developing the information system.The thesis mainly researches the application of DADM in manufactural IS development. Three questions are discussed and four sections are included in the paper.Chapter 1 Introduction. Information system is a modern tool based on computer technique, network technique and so on. It is applied to information system of management field. It is a comprehensive subject derived from information science, computer science, management science, decision-make science, system science, cognizance science, artificial intelligence science and the developing method in I 950s. Three questions are analyzed in the part. First, the function and the characteristic and the classification of information system are presented. Then, the growing process and heading aspect of development are provided. At last, the computing model based on network is introduced.Chapter 2 Research on the Methodology of DADM. The system developing methodology aims at researching the formula of system development and the related technique and the related tools,and starting from the theme of recognition, methodology and system, developing a new kind of developing method and tool, which accord with the present developing rule of the known system.The section first analyzes the developing method of traditional IS and makes some comparisons.Then a new kind of IS developing method-Demonstration and Discussion Method is presented.Chapter 3 Development of Manufactural IS Based on DADM. Taking the IS developmentof Li-Sheng Mechanical Limited Company as example, the part states the developing process of manufactural IS based on DADM and expounds in detail the analysis, design and developing process of the plan-managing module from the angle of theory and practice.Chapter 4 Program Design and Debug of Manufactural IS Development. Visual Basic is a developing tool for Windows application program. As a popular program language for Windowsapplication program, VB has its own program design model that is different the traditional program model. Adopting VB as the developing tool and taking the plan-managing module of IS of Li-Sheng Mechanical Limited Company as example, the section expounds in detail the program design and debug of manufactural IS development.更多还原
