CAN总线技术在智能小区底层网络中的研究与实践

【摘要】 为了构建低廉、可靠的住宅小区智能化网络,实现智能小区安全防范、信息采集的要求,本人对现场总线技术和它的一种解决方案—CAN网络技术进行了研究,并针对我国目前小区智能化系统的现状及未来的发展趋势,提出了“CAN+RS485”双底层网络的技术方案,设计实现了小区安全报警和多表的现场计量与远程传输的智能网络模型。 本分布式小区智能网络模型采用符合现场总线(Fieldbus)要求的CAN技术,以带CAN总线端口的主控机和单元控制器CAN端接口构成的CAN网络层,下层为由带RS485端口的住户采集器和单元控制器RS485端接口构成了RS485网络层,向上则利用PC机连接CAN网络层,作为智能化小区管理中心,从而基本实现智能小区管理、控制、报警、信息采集和自我检测的功能。 本文从智能小区、现场总线、CAN技术到“CAN+RS485”双底层网络模型的软、硬件研究,较为详细的介绍了其设计、调试运行和期间各种问题的解决。

【Abstract】 In order to construct low-priced, reliable intelligent network in the uptown, to meet the demands of safety and information management in the intelligent uptown, I studied the fieldbus technology and one of its solutions ?CAN technology. Base on our country condition of intelligent building system and development tendency in the future, I made a suggestion on technical precept of CAN+RS485 double deck bottom network, to design a intelligent network model of uptown safety, field measurement and signal transmission.This model is base on CAN technology. The uptown CAN network is composed of Main controller (It has CAN bus interfaces) and cell controller. The lower layer of RS485 network is composed of many tenement signal collectors. The upper layer made use of PC to connect CAN network as management center in intelligent uptown, to realize the functions of management, control, alarm, signal collection and self-examination.This dissertation serves as an introduction to analysis, design, implementation and troubleshooting of intelligent network model. This dissertation is composed of intelligent uptown technology, feildbus technology, CAN technology, hardware and software.
