基于DSP的变频调速系统

【摘要】 矢量变换控制是在电机统一理论、机电能量转换和坐标变换理论的基础上发展起来的,具有先进性、新颖性和实用性的特点。矢量控制的思想就是将异步电动机模拟成直流电动机来控制,通过坐标变换,将定子电流矢量分解为按转子磁场定向的两个直流分量并分别加以控制,从而实现磁通和转矩的解耦控制,达到直流电机的控制效果。 本文依据矢量控制的原理,以电机控制专用的DSP芯片TMS320F240为核心,设计、开发了一套基于矢量控制的变频调速系统。文中对变频系统的主电路、智能功率模块IPM、DSP芯片以及电流和转速检测电路都作了详细的介绍,同时提出用一种新型的PWM调制方法-电压空间矢量法(SVPWM)实现对异步电机的控制。最后本文还对现在一些新型的控制方法及以后的改进方案作了一些介绍。
【Abstract】 Field Oriented Control (FOC) is based on motor unification principle, energy conversion and vector coordinate transformation theory. It has many advantages such as novelty, practicability and advancement. By transforming coordinate, the stator current is decomposing two DC parts which orientated as the rotator magnetic field and controlled respectively. So magnetic flux and torque are decoupled. It controls the asynchronous motor as a synchronous way.Using digital signal processor(DSP), TMS320F240, which is special for motor control ,we develop one frequency conversion adjustable-speed system witch based on FOC principle. The mam circuit of the inverter, the detect circuit of current and motor speed ,intelligent power module(IPM) and DSP are all presented particularly hi this paper. At the same time, new Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) named Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) method is used to control the asynchronous motor.At the end of the paper, some new control methods and improvement are discussed.
