基于Web的计算机辅助图样转换系统的开发

【摘要】 随着计算机技术、信息技术、自动化技术在制造业中的广泛应用,特别是Intranet和Internet技术的迅猛发展,提供了技术信息交流、资源共享、产品开发和经营管理的国际化手段。全球制造,指跨国公司分布于世界各地的内部相互协调结合的,具有分享、节约机制及动态反应能力的生产制造系统。在不同国家进行本地化制造时,非常有必要进行图样的语言和标准间的转换。 本文简单论述了Web应用相关的网络技术和网络辅助设计技术(NAD),重点研究了图样中的尺寸公差的转换方法以及图样中注释机器翻译方法,以期探索和发现一个合理和全面的方法,解决在全球制造环境下图样间尺寸、语言、符号、说明以及单位的转换问题。 在上述关键技术研究的基础上,采用Java(J-Link)和C为开发工具在Pro/ENGINEER 2000i的平台上开发了一个原型系统。经试用表明,该系统可以有效的解决异地设计和异地制造中图样语言和标准的转换,从而极大提高了图样转换的自动化程度、缩短工艺准备周期降低生产成本。

【Abstract】 With wide application of computer technolog}^ information technology and automatization in manufacturing and fleet evolution of Intranet and Internet technology , people get a international means of information intercommunion resource share^ production design and management. The definition of global manufacturing indicates all parts of MNC (multinational Co.) inter-correspond to shape a manufacturing system, that is provided with system of share and saving and ability of dynamic response. Before process of local manufacturing in different nation, it is very necessary to make a conversion for drawing among languages and standards.In the dissertation, some net technologies relating tight to the Web application and Net Aided Design (NAD) is discussed in brief. The purpose of investigation is to be explore and develop a approach in which the multicultural aspects and regional factors such as langugage translations, multilingual drawings, notations and specifications,unit conversions, standards, materials, etc, can be handle in a rational and systematic way.According to the theoretical investigation above, a proto type system has been designed and implemented on Pro/ENGINEER 2000i with Java (J-Link) and C language. The application of this system can effectively resolve problem of language translations and notations and specifications, unit conversions, etc, can significantly enhance automatization level, and can reduce process cycle and costs.
