长沙卷烟厂质量管理研究

【摘要】 本文主要从长沙卷烟厂(简称:长烟)质量管理的诸环节进行分析入手,结合IS09000标准的要求,提出解决控制产品和服务质量问题的方案,同时对生产经营和资本运营过程的质量成本进行分析与优化,致力于提高资本运营质量,不断降低质量成本,提高质量效益。对长烟及其它烟草企业的质量管理具有现实的指导意义。 随着中国加入WTO步伐的日趋临近,质量竞争这种非价格竞争的主要竞争形式已具有更多的优势。“质量无国界”,质量竞争不仅不会受到WTO的限制,而且在全球经济一体化的二十一世纪,还可以打破贸易保护壁垒,同时质量管理己发展成为一种现代化的管理理念和管理战略。它不但延伸了全面质量管理的技术和方法,而且更多地注入了质量文化、行为科学的新思想,它是对全面质量管理理论和实践的拓展,是质量效益型的企业管理;是企业管理工作的一场革命。

【Abstract】 Starting with the analysis of many fields in quality management in Changsha cigarette factory (for short: Changyan) and combining requirement of ISO9000, the paper puts forward the ways to solve problems in controlling quality of products and service. At the same time it analyzes and optimizes the quality cost in the course of production and capital operation, in order to reduce quality cost and improve quality benefit ceaselessly. Accordingly, the paper has practice in reality for Changyan and other cigarette enterprises.With China’s step of entry to WTO drawing on, quality competition, the main form of non-price competition has more superiority. "Quality has no national boundaries", quality competition can not only be not restricted by WTO, but also still break the trade-preotect-vallation in economic globalization 21st century, at the same time, quality management has already become the modern management opinion and strategy. Which not only extends the technology and method of TQM(Total Quality Management), but also inpours more new idea of quality culture,behavior science, and expoits the theory and practice of TQM. Quality management is of quality-benefit enterprise management, and of one revolution in enterprise management.
