基于Internet/Intranet企业资源计划(ERP)系统方案

【摘要】 随着经济全球化步伐的加快和网络技术的迅速普及,国际竞争和贸易环境已经发生了很大的变化。这些变化主要体现在四个方面:竞争平台的改变、竞争速度的改变、竞争能力和竞争资源的改变。本文首先归纳出企业在竞争环境中想要获得优势的基本思路:信息技术已经成为企业获得竞争优势的主要武器;信息技术的应用并不仅仅是一个技术实施过程,而且是一个管理转型和技术知识创新的过程;信息技术的投资效益是从信息渗透到管理决策、产品设计和客户服务中间接显示出来的;企业的信息化水平不仅影响企业的竞争力,而且直接影响国家竞争力。然后本文提出基于Internet/Intranet企业资源计划(ERP)系统方案,包括系统体系结构的设计方案和软件系统设计方案。深入探讨和扩展了ERP系统的基本原理与功能,并建立了几个核心模型:生产计划模型、财务模拟模型和生产预测控制模型。最后讨论企业要成功实施信息化应引起注意的几个问题,并展望了企业信息化技术的发展。

【Abstract】 With economy globalization and network technology is expanding rapidly, international competition and trade environment have had many changes in four main fields: competition platform, competition speed, competition capabilities and competition resources. First, the following basic ideas about enterprises getting prepotency in the competition environment are produced. IT is one of the main powers with which enterprises get superiority in the competition. The application of IT is not only a course of technique implementation, but also a process of the reform of management and the innovation of technique and knowledge. The investment benefit of IT is exposed when information are made good use of in the management decision, product design and client service. The level of enterprise’s information affects not only enterprise’s competitive ability, but also the nation’s competitive ability. Then the ERP solution based on Internet/Intranet is put forward including system framework design solution and software system design solution. The ERP fundamental and functions are deeply discussed and expanded. And some core models are built, such as, production planning, finance planning simulation and production forecasting control. Finally, some questions are discussed that should been paid attention to when enterprises want to establish successful information system and the development of IT is forecasted.
