创新教育与语文教师塑造

【摘要】 创新教育是知识经济时代的挑战与中国教育发展的必然选择,它对语文教师的素质和角色形象提出了新的挑战与要求,未来呼唤新型的语文教师。同时,我经过大量详实丰富的实证调查和分析研究,发现现实中的语文教师存在诸多难以适应创新教育要求的地方。现实中普遍存在的问题需要语文教师加强自我形象塑造,提高素质,增强魅力。新型语文教师是未来与现实双重呼唤的目标选择。本文对这一目标进行了尝试定义和具体角色形象建构,并对达到这目标的方法和途径从实验研究、理论研究和个例研究等角度进行了有益的探索。 新型语文教师塑造途径探索是全文的重点。 1、新型语文教师塑造的外部环境和条件需要全社会的关注和支持。全社会要形成真正尊师重教的风气,要积极创设民主、开放、激励创新的文化政治经济和管理环境,要健全和完善继续教育制度,发挥榜样的力量等等。 2、新型语文教师的职前塑造主要是从中文系师范生开始,需要改革高师中文系,培养师范生的创新精神和实践能力。文章在调查、观察、思考中文系师范生的现状,分析其存在的主要问题的基础上,提出了对高师中文系的具体改革措施和建议,并通过一个教育实习改革的实验研究来证明:只要教育方式适当,培养师范生的创新精神和实践能力是可能的,新型语文教师的职前塑造是会有成效的。 3、新型语文教师的在职塑造核心是形成自我发展机制。因为内因才是事物变化的依据,一切发展终究要靠主体自己的努力。语文教师自身的素质和主观能动性决定了主体自身的发展方向和发展程度。文章在理论探索和实践总结的基础上,创造性地构建了一个新型语文教师成长发展的基本模式图,或曰自我发展机制模型理论,并且列举了当代语文特级教师中于漪、李镇西、余风英等三位各有特点的代表性人物作为个例,通过管窥研究来检验该模型理论的有效性。使广大语文教师在自我发展、自我形象塑造过程中有一定的规律可循,或有某种模式可供参照。
