【摘要】 有人说，科学将复杂世界简单化，文学将简单世界复杂化。真是言之在理。“当我们和对方在彼此开口之前就知道对方要说些什么的时候，互相之间的交谈就没有意义了。”同样，如果篇篇作文都几乎一样，作文也就失去了应有的价值。苏轼曾说：“文章最忌随人后。”因此，在作文中写出人无我有、人有我优的特色来，正是研究作文个性的出发点和归宿点。 在素质教育的平台上，作文个性是其中的一个点，研究作文个性的问题，实质就是研究人的发展问题，就是培养未来人的问题。站在这样的高度上前瞻中学作文教学，就必须对应试教育下程式化的作文模式进行反拨，废除宿构押宝以猎取高分的作文指导思想，代之以清新活泼、个性鲜明的文风，发展个性特长。可以说，个性即创新，作文个性孕育创新素质，创新素质呼唤作文个性，因此，写出个性是作文教学的终极走向，也是作为社会人的必然要求。 作文个性化不仅是社会发展对人的要求，而且符合心理发展规律，新大纲新教材在作文个性化方面作出了正确的导向。 但在应试作文的桎梏下，学生作文扣题不紧，内容贫乏，顾此失彼，言不及义，语言干瘪等现象较为普遍，尤其是作文程式化现象十分严重，主要表现为立意单一化，人云亦云；结构模式化，千篇一律，千人一面，众口一词；题材老化，缺乏新鲜感。 笔者通过对广东部分地区高中生的问卷调查，掌握第一手材料，从而剖析作文共性教育的弊端，寻找形成作文个性的要素，探讨作文个性的培养方法，以培养学生创新素质为指归。 作文个性具有稳定性与可塑性的特点，作文个性是共同性与个别性的统一。 发现问题是为了解决问题。笔者试图抓住辅导、写作、讲评三个环节，多角度评判作文个性，并在自己的教学班进行实践，探寻培养方法。 文章最忌雷同，没有个性色彩的文章是没有生命力的，清代金圣叹盛赞个性描写时说：“《水浒》所写的108人，人有其性情，人有其气质，人有其形状，人有其声音。”形象地概括了作文个性的魅力，可以引为作文个性追求的境界。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research On Composition IndividualityABSTRACTSomeone said that science makes the complex world simple, and the literature makes the simple world complex. It sounds reasonable. " At the time when we know each other what one wants to say before he opens his mouth, it is no meaning talking with each other. " (1) In the other hand, if every composition is almost the same, it loses its value. Sushi once said: " Composition is taboo to follow other’s. " So we must write out such a composition which nobody can write or is better than any other composition. This is the starting point and end-result of researching composition individuality.Composition individuality is one of the quality educations. The research on composition individuality is actually the research on man’s development, it is also how to train successors for the future. Standing at this point, thinking about composition teaching in the middle school, we must introspect to the composition pattern stylization in exam-education, and annul the guiding ideology in composition of getting high marks by guessing like a bettor, instead, we should develop its individual style and write out a composition with fresh,lively and individual style.Individuality is also creativity and innovation indeed. Composition individuality is pregnant with creational quality, and creational quality calls composition individuality. Therefore writing out composition individuality is the end - result in composition teaching, and it is also the inevitable demand for a social man.Compsition individuality stylization is not only the requirement for a man when a society is developing, but also in conformity with the law of the development of psychology. The new teaching program and the new teaching material give the correct guide in composition individuality stylization.Because there is the shackles of exam-compotition, thestudents’compositions are not close to the title and devoid of matter, they always attend to one thing and lose sight of another, never talk about anything serious, the expression is of no taste and so on, expecially the phenomenon of composition pattern stylization is very serious. They mainly show in simple conception, repeating what others say, structure pattern stylization, following the same pattern, thousand people of the same face, all people with one voile, the subject is dd, lacking freshness.I will get the first materials by ask - paper investigating to a part of the students in senior middle school. Further on, I will analyse the malpractice of composition general character education, in order that I can find out the main factors of forming composition individuality, require into the developing method of composition individuality so that we can reach the goal of training the students’creational quality. Composition individuality has the characteristic of stability and plasticity. Composition individuality is the unity of the general and specific character.Finding question is for solving question.I try to grasp the three links of guidance, writing and comment to judge composition individuality from a different angle.I will also make the practice in my own teaching class,seeking for the training methods.Article is the tabooest to be the same as others. An article without individuality is no vitality. In talking about describing individuality. Jin Shengtan in the Qing Dm ynasty praised greatly and said: " There are 108 herose written in Shui Hu.
