【摘要】 本文分析了在西部大开发条件下，企业对于无形资产的创设与运营，以及存在的劣势和优势，并讨论了在西部文化的支持下，西部地区从事无形资产创设与运营方法。无形资产主要由专利、技术秘密、商标、商誉等方面构成。这些部分又各具自己的特点。本文主要结合无形资产的主要部分详细论证了它们在西部大开发中的意义与作用，以及对这些部分的创设与运营。地域文化与地域经济的关系密不可分，西部文化与西部经济的关系也十分密切，在无形资产的创设与运营过程中更能够体现出二者的关系。因此本文着重从几方面进行了论证。首先，对文化进行了界定。其次，详细论证了文化对无形资产各部分的渗透。最后，寻找山西部企业进行无形资产创设与运营的方法和措施。随着世界贸易一体化进程及知识经济时代的来临，知识产权显得越来越重要。而知识产权又是无形资产的重要内容。因此对无形资产的研究，也就包括了对知识产权的研究，这些研究不仅有助于西部企业效益的提高，更有助于西部经济的发展。更多还原
