新型粘结砂浆的配制与性能研究

【摘要】 针对传统粘结砂浆施工和易性差、粘结力低、耐久性差、用于粘贴外墙饰面砖易剥落等问题,本文采用在砂浆中掺入一定量的聚合物的方法,以提高砂浆的粘结力和砂浆的耐久性为突破口,开发出来了一种性能优良的新型粘结砂浆。 由于聚合物价格昂贵,这就限制了在砂浆中掺量不能太高。为了获得一种性能优良、价格低廉的聚合物改性粘结砂浆,本文通过采用一种新型聚合物裹砂工艺大大降低了聚合物的掺量,在此基础上进一步利用磨细掺合料的添隙作用和乳胶粉与矿粉的协同作用,有效的达到了降低聚合物用量、提高砂浆的性能的目的。本文还通过在砂浆中掺入聚丙烯纤维使得砂浆的韧性得到显著改善,抗裂性大幅度提高。 最后本文对新型粘结砂浆配合比与综合性能进行了系统研究。研究结果表明,新型粘结砂浆具有比传统粘结砂浆更优良的性能:和易性改善,粘接强度、耐水性以及抗裂性显著提高,抗冻性良好,从而保证了新型粘结砂浆具有良好的耐候性。

【Abstract】 In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional binding mortar, In this paper new type binding mortar, has been developed in the paper, by adding polymer into mortar to improving the wetting binding strength and durability of mortarThe key techniques of compounding binding mortar are how to reduce the polymer-cement ratio of binding mortar, and how to improve the creak resistance of binding mortar. The paper has made a penetrating study on them. Selecting suitable technic for preparing the binding mortar and suitable mixture successfully reduces the polymer-cement ratio of binding mortar. And adding polypropylene fiber in binding mortar, its toughness and crack resistance improves obviously. Based on the study result, the paper has made a systematic study on the compounding and performance of binding mortar. Compared with tradition binding mortar, this new type binding mortar has better performance of water resistance, frost resistance and crack resistance, etc.
