板坯连铸二冷计算机仿真通用软件的开发及应用

【摘要】 应用二维非稳态传热数学模型建立板坯连铸的凝固传热模型进行仿真研究是连铸技术研究的重要手段。现有的二冷传热数学模型在求解时简化过多,所用的边界条件大多是采用经验公式,计算软件通用性差,不便于操作及推广应用。 本文在对板坯连铸机进行深入研究的基础上,建立了较为全面的板坯连铸凝固传热模型,用面向对象的Visual Basic 6.0高级语言开发了板坯连铸二冷计算机仿真通用软件。该软件的特点是:模型简化少,计算条件与实际铸机条件接近;适用于任何板坯连铸机,界面友好,可以方便地进行数据的输入及修改,查看结果方便,计算时间短,便于掌握。 针对宝钢1930铸机现用的24种国产喷嘴和同型号进口喷嘴,利用重庆大学研制的HTC-202型喷嘴性能测定仪对喷嘴性能进行了系统的测试,得到了3万多个实验数据,对测试结果进行分析,并得到仿真计算所需的边界条件——水流密度和传热系数的表达式。 应用仿真软件和实验数据对宝钢1930铸机进行了仿真计算,分析了拉速、配水制度、过热度对铸坯温度场和坯壳厚度的影响;对宝钢1930铸机的二冷制度进行了评估,分析了产生裂纹的原因;并对二冷制度进行优化,提出了改进建议。还在宝钢现场测试了铸坯的温度,与仿真计算结果比较,偏差小于3%,说明仿真结果可靠,板坯连铸二冷计算机仿真通用软件可行。

【Abstract】 lii continuous casting research it is an important method to establish the heat transfer mathematical model of slab continuous casting to simulate secondary cooling process by means of two-dimensional unsteady state heat transfer mathematical model. The previous solution to the secondary cooling heat transfer mathematical model is simplified too much, and the boundary condition is mostly derived flum empiiical formula. Simulation software lacks commonality and is convenient to be operated and widely applied.Based on the thorough research of slab caster, a more comprehensive heat transfer mathematical model of slab continuous casting is established in this paper. By means of object-oriented programming language Visual Basic 6.0, all-purpose computer simulation software of secondary cooling in slab continuous casting is developed. The mathematical model is more all-around and the calculation condition is approximate to production condition. The interfhce of the software is fliendly, the data input and modification are convenient and calculating time is shortBy means of the HTC-202 testing eqyipment of nozzle characteristic made in Chongqing university, the nozzle cooling state and hot state characteiistic is systematically tested for the 48 kinds of nozzle Cmlport and homemade nozzle) of 1930 caster in Bnosteel. 30 thousand data is obtained. Testing results are analyzed, then the boundary condition (the heat transfer coefficient of and the water density)for computer simulation is acquired.Through simulation in computer using the all-purpose computer simulation software secondary cooling in slab continuous casting and test results, the influence of the factor such as casting speed, casting temperature, shell thickness and secondary cooling system are analyzed. The secondary cooling system is evaluated, the reasons of crack are analyzed. And the solution scheme is obtained. Strand temperature is measured on site in Ba)steel. Measurement results compared with simulation result; wiuich means that the deviation is less than 3%. It showa that the simulation result and all-purpose computer simulation software of secondary cooling in slab continuous casting are reliable.
