【摘要】 摘 要随着办公自动化和电子商务的推广和深入，工作流技术已成为该领域的主流技术。工作流管理的主要目标是通过调用有关的信息资源和人力资源来协调业务过程中的各个环节，使之按照一定的顺序依次进行，从而实现业务过程的自动化。在计算机和网络使用越来越广泛的今天，工作流管理系统正在吸引来自研究机构和产业界越来越多的关注。本文首先介绍了工作流技术的起源与发展；然后对工作流的研究现状进行综述,主要包括工作流定义、工作流模型、工作流实现方案。在此基础上，研究了如何严格按照工作流管理联盟(WFMC)制定的规范开发一个适合我国办公自动化和电子商务需要的具有较强事务处理能力的工作流管理系统。特别是如何实现可视化的流程定义；同时控制多个流程的流转；实现各客户机之间的点到点通信；对各活动流程进行监控等。并结合房地产评估业务管理流程，初步给出了一个原型机的构想。更多还原

【Abstract】 ABSTRACT　With the development of the OA and e-business, workflow technology has been a new hotspot in the area of computer application. The main aim of this technology is to collaborate the information resource and the human resource with the manage process, make them implemented in turn. It is very important to study the technology in-depth, since it can significantly improve the information standard and operation efficiency of enterprises, hence make them more competitive. In this paper, the evolution of workflow technology is introduced. After that, the current situation of research in workflow area is overviewed, including workflow definition, workflow model, workflow implementation technology, and workflow transaction management. On this base, this paper researches how to develop a general workflow management system by the standard of MFMC(Workflow Management Coalition) according the requirement of the native OA and e-business using. This paper also gives an original model fitting to the real estate appraisal process.更多还原
