清扫车清扫机构的控制研究

【摘要】 摘要当前我国生产的清扫车的水平不高,尤其表现在控制方面,如何提高其机电一体化水平,使之具有更好的综合作业效率和对不同工作环境的适应能力,已是当前国产清扫车的一大课题。本文以四川省重点科研项目《智能技术在清扫车等工程机械中的应用》为背景应用智能技术对清扫车的控制作了较为深入的研究,对于提高国产清扫车的智能技术水平,增加其产品竞争力,推动清扫车新产品的研制是有重要意义的。本文具体从以下几个方面对国产清扫车作了较为全面、深入、的探索和研究。Ⅰ 对国内外的清扫车发展水平作了较为深入的对比研究,指出国产清扫车在其持续发展中将面临国外清扫车的巨大冲击,我们的出路就是提高国产清扫车的智能技术水平。Ⅱ 利用智能技术中的人工神经元网络对于清扫车清扫机构的盘刷速度控制问题进行了分析和探讨,并且给出了相应的解决办法,从而可以使的清扫车的盘刷随路面情况调节转速,提高了清扫效率。Ⅲ 对清扫车清扫机构的盘刷避障问题进行了分析,采用超声波的方法对障碍物进行探测及分析以及采用相应的避障措施,从而提高了清扫车盘刷的自适应能力,实现自动避障。本文的思想方法和研究成果对于提高和改善国产清扫车的智能技术水平,提高清扫车工作的自适应及清扫效率是具有指导意义和借鉴价值的。

【Abstract】 AbstractToday our domestic road sweeper’s level is not on a high degree, especially in the control. It has become a current important problem for sustained development of domestic road sweepers that how to raise mechatronics level of sweeper made in china, make it have better synthetically working efficiency and adaptability to operating circumstances, and make it meet more the needs of intelligent sweepers in the markets of China. On the basis of the key project "Application of Intelligent Technology to Sweeper & Other CME" in Sichuan province, a subject about intelligent technology to the domestic road sweeper has been researched deeper and more extensively in this dissertation. The dissertation will have important significance to enhance domestic road sweeper’s intelligent technology level and increase its competition in the markets and strengthen development of new product.The dissertation has probed and researched from following several aspects to domestic road sweeper.Ⅰ The dissertation has made a deeper contrast research about development level of road sweeper made in China and other countries. It pointed out that domestic road sweeper during its sustained development would meet great shocking from foreign sweeper. The only way is to enhance domestic road sweeper’s intelligent technology level.Ⅱ Utilizing artificial neural networks (ANN) of intelligent technology, the problem of broom rotate speed has been discussed and researched, and some methods has been suggested. So the broom rotate speed can be adjusted with the condition of road.Ⅲ The dissertation has researched the obstacles avoided problem of sweeper’s broom. The method of ultrasonic has been adopted. Then the sweeper can detect and analyze the obstacles, so it can apply corresponding actions, achieving broom’s automatic avoiding obstacles.The dissertation will have an important significance to enhance domestic road sweeper’s intelligent technology level.
