【摘要】 本文论述了研究汽车新品开发中模具制造集成化系统的作用和意义，针对国内外DNC及模具CAPP现状和发展趋势，结合长安汽车(集团)CIMS工程(一期)及长安汽车股份有限公司汽车制造厂模具制造车间的长安公司汽车模具制造CAD／CAPP／CAM一体化网络系统改造及集成化控制管理系统，对新品模具制造集成化系统的需求分析、总体设计、详细设计及系统集成进行了研究。 通过作者对汽车制造厂模具制造车间项目的充分调查和分析，结合作者10多年汽车新品模具开发制造经验，对本项目进行了实事求是的需求分析，并对项目可行性进行了研究。 文章在综合系统分析的基础上，对系统总体结构及各子系统进行了详细设计及研究，并对全系统集成进行了研究。改造了长安公司汽车模具制造中心3C一体化网络系统以适应新产品开发的需求，并研制出以工艺信息管理为核心的适合于异构型数控机床集成的生产控制管理系统。 主要研究成果“DNC软插件异构通讯技术及工艺等信息集成技术”在实践中取得了显著的社会经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis discusses the function and significance of integrated system for manufacturing model dies during the development of the new product for the automobiles. The research is carried out on the analysis of necessary for the integrated system for the dies?manufacturing of the new products, general design, detail design and system integrated according to the DNC over the world, and the current conditions and the developing trends for the CAPP dies, combining the CLMS engineering (the first phase) at Changan Automobile (Group) co. ltd. and the reformation of the integrated control and administration system for the dies manufacturing (CAD/CAPP/CAM) for the automobiles in the dies manufacturing workshop of Changan Automobile cc. ltd. Through the full investigation and analysis on the project in the dies?manufacturing workshop of Automobile Manufacturing Factory and combines the development and manufacturing experiences on the dies for the new products of the automobiles for more than 10 years by the writer, the necessary analysis is made practically and realistically on this project and the feasibility is also studied. On the basis of comprehensive analysis by this article, the detail design and study are carried out on the overall construction and the each sub-system and for the integration of the whole system. The integrated network system of C3P in the manufacturing center in Changan Automobile cc. ltd. to suit the needs of the development of the new product. And the producing, control and administration system which is taken the technology, information and management as the core and is suited to special-shaped numerical controlled machine are developed. The main study achievements of pecial-shaped communication techniques for DNC soft plug-in unit and the infonnation integrated techniques etc.?distribute to the remarkable social economic effects in Practice.更多还原
