【摘要】 企业战略是面对机遇和挑战，针对自身优势和劣势，为实现既定的市场目标，重新有效的配置生产要素，调整组织所能采取的手段，获得更好的效益。战略的本质是企业寻求优势的一种艺术和科学。战略管理在企业发展中显得越来越重要。本文应用战略管理理论和方法对九州置业有限公司外部环境中的一般环境、产品环境，对内部环境中的组织机构，人力资源状况进行了研究。运用财务管理的原理和方法对九州公司财务状况从纵向、横向上进行了详细的对比、分析研究。发现了公司中的不足和存在的问题，明确了公司优势、劣势、机会和挑战，归纳、分析、总结了运营状况较好的几个子公司的财务情况，提出了九州公司发展战略总体思路和具体实施策略，最后规划了九州公司及各子公司今后的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise strategy is to dispose production factors effectively, to adjust means that have been taken and to gain great benefits, which must face its challenges and opportunities, its superiority and inferiority. Strategical essence is to search for an art and science which show some superiority. Strategic management is playing an increasingly important role in the development of enterprise. Applying the theory and method of strategic management, this thesis analyses the exterior and interior environment of Jiuchou Co. Ltd, including general environment, product environment, organizing framework and manpower resources. The financial situation has been analyzed minutely applying the principle and method about financial management. Through these analysis superiority, inferiority, opportunities and challenges have been fined. According to these analysis and research, the main train of thought and its concert strategies of Jiuzhou Co. Ltd. have been put forward And its development direction have been planned.更多还原
