永昌电厂金属氧化物避雷器绝缘在线监测系统的应用研究

【摘要】 本文对MOA绝缘在线监测的原理和主要误差来源进行了理论分析,提出了永昌电厂MOA绝缘在线监测的实施方案,完成了设备选型设计、安装、调试和运行分析工作。 研究了金属氧化物避雷器绝缘在线监测的各类方法,选用了适用工程实际的常规补偿法。针对相间耦合干扰,运用部分电容法计算出不同电压等级下相间干扰电流,用来减小相间干扰的目的;针对电网电压谐波的影响,采用多元补偿的新方法,有效地消除电网谐波所带来的容性谐波分量,使阻性电流的测量更加准确。 在原理和误差分析的基础上,合理设计选择了各类信号传感器,前置信号处理电路,以单片机为核心的信号采集系统,多机通讯网络,工业控制机中心处理系统及与MIS系统相联机的总体技术实施方案,结合工程实施,探讨了设备安装、调试、抗干扰措施及故障诊断,使MOA绝缘监测系统安全、可靠、稳定运行。 经过系统调试,运行数据分析表明,本文设计应用的MOA绝缘在线监测系统对永昌电厂110kV升压站MOA运行工况的在线监测和故障诊断方法有效,性能稳定,功能完备实用,其灵敏性和精度高。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the principles and major error sources of on-line MA insulation monitoring, presented implement solutions for Yongchang power plant, accomplished type choosing, installation, testing and operation analysis. Various methods of on-line MOA insulation monitoring were researched, among which Conventional Compensation Method was selected for engineering. Considering coupled disturbances between phases, Partial Capacitance Method is used to compute disturbing current under different voltage level. For influence of voltage harmonic, Multi pie Element Compensation Method, which can efficiently eliminate the capacitive harmonic components by harmonic in electrical network, made measurement of resistive current more accurate. Based on analysis of principles and errors, the paper set up systems including signal sensors, pre-placed signal processing circuit, single chip centered signal collecting system, multi-path communication network, industry controlling computer centered processing system and general implement scheme connected with MIS system. Combing with engineering implement, studied device installation, testing, disturbance rejecting measures and faults recognition that devote on the system operating safely, reliably and stably. System testing and operating data analysis showed that MOA insulation on-line monitoring system designed in this paper is with high efficiency, stable performance, complete functions, high sensitivity and accuracy.
