近水平孔轨迹受控方法及受控机理

【摘要】 随着我国煤矿综采技术的全面推广,为了保证安全高效生产,不仅要求提高采区地质勘探的精度,而且要求以孔代巷快速高效地抽放瓦斯,而近水平孔受控定向钻进技术是解决以上问题的行之有效的途径。本文分析论证了近水平孔定向钻进所用钻具和与之相适应的钻进工艺参数,经过地面模拟试验提出了稳定组合钻具的力学模型和结构参数,并通过井下工业性试验验证了组合钻具的结构方式和钻孔轨迹的对应关系,摸索出了与之相适应的钻进工艺参数,编制了切实可用的钻孔轨迹模拟程序。此外,在井下定向钻进过程中,将地面垂直孔钻进所用螺杆钻具用于近水平孔钻进,对其工艺参数做了相应的试验研究。实践证明,合理应用近水平孔受控定向钻进技术可提高采区地质勘探精度,缓解煤矿掘、抽、采比例失衡的紧张态势,为我国煤矿高产高效综采技术的推广提供有力保障。

【Abstract】 With the spreading of the high-performance comprehensive mechanical mining coal technology in our country , for assure the security and high-yield of coal mine in our country, request not only improving the exploring precision, but also efficient discharging gas, and controlled directional drilling technology is of efficient way to resolve these question. It were fully analysis that the controlled factor and the non-controlled factor of the track of nearly horizontal hole in this paper, consider the controlled factor is mainly the using drilling tools and the drilling technical parameter, so emphasis and analysis these factor. Bring forward the mechanical model and the structural parameter of the assembly drilling tools by the stimulating trial, and validate the corresponding relation of the constructional way of the assembly tools and the track of drilling hole, searching the adaptive drilling technical parameter, and the screw drilling tool using in vertical drilling hole was used in the directional drilling of nearly horizontal drilling hole to test and research the drilling technical parameter; It was workout that the applied procure of calculating the coordinate of measuring point and simulating the track of drilling hole. It was born out that correctly applied the nearly horizontal directional drilling technology could improving the exploring precision of mining area, relieving the strain situation of unbalance proportion of the picking, discharging, mining, so it is important to the security and production of coal mine.
