大学生违法犯罪研究

【摘要】 大学生是青年当中的佼佼者，通过大学阶段的教育，绝大部分都以优异成绩完成学业，成为社会的有用人才。但确实也有极少数大学生，由于自身因素和社会环境的影响，产生各种不健康心理和错误思想，走上违法犯罪的道路，成为高等教育的次品和废品。大学生违法犯罪，比例虽小，由于其社会地位的特殊性，社会影响极大，因此，研究大学生违法犯罪意义重大。 本人对大学生违法犯罪类型进行较系统分析，对大学生中常见犯罪现象及其特点，作了较为详尽的剖析，分析了违法犯罪的原因，并提出了预防大学生违法犯罪的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 College students are outstanding among young people. The majorityof them graduate with excellent records and become talent personsbenefit to the society, but there do exist a tiny minority of them whobecome criminals on account of selves’ factors and social bad impacts.Although the proportion of them is small, they have much impact becauseof their special social status. So it is of great importance to make aninvestigation into those college students who violate the law and commitcriminals.The author of this thesis not only analyzes the criminal trpes ofcollege students systematically but also dissects the appearances andfeatures in detail .He also analyzes the causes of criminals and proposessome measures to prevent them.更多还原
