热压机控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 该系统就热压机控制系统的设计与实现进行了全面阐述。 热压机是一种对工件加热加压的工业生产设备,我们设计的与热压机配套的控制系统,以89C55单片机为中心器件,选用了彩色液晶显示屏作为输出界面,实现了按工艺参数的自动运行,用改进的PID算法对温度和压力实现了良好的控制,并具有快捷有效的PID参数自整定的能力。该控制系统有友好的界面,便利的菜单选择式操作方式,直观的填表式的设定工艺参数和显示工艺曲线的的能力,自动运行时能显示出运行曲线和各种运行状态,并对各种异常情况进行报警及处理。 论文就该系统的硬件设计原理、软件设计原理作了论述,特别对温度和压力的精确控制作了理论上的研究,采用了新型的智能PID参数自整定策略——继电型PID自整定,这种控制器参数自整定技术完全摒弃了建模与建子模的运算,通过对闭环性能的测试,直接进行整定参数的操作。在进行温度PID控制时,采用积分分离的控制方法,压力则采用改进的PID算法控制,从运行的理论与实际曲线的比较结果表明温度、压力控制准确快速,得到了用户的好评。

【Abstract】 This paper gives a full picture of control system of hot-press by introducing its design and accomplishment.Hot-press is a device of industrial manufacture designed to heat and press the workpieces. We designed this control system to fit the hot-press. Its center unit is 89C55 single-chip microcontroller, and its output interface is a color LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). It can automatically run in line with technical parameters, and at the same time show the operating curve and varieties of operating condition. This control system has friendly user interface, simple operating method of menu choice, and visualized method to establish technical data. It can warn and process all kinds of abnormal condition in the working procedure.This paper describes the designing principle and method of hardware and software of this system, especially discusses the precise control of the temperature and pressure in theory. We adopted the new method of intelligent PID parameters auto-tuning--relaying PID auto-tuning. This kind of parameters auto-tuning technique fully abandons the operation of modeling and sub-modeling, and directly tune the parameters by investigating the close-loop capacity. It uses method of integration separation in PID control of temperature. As for pressure, it uses advanced PI control method. Seen from the comparing result of theoretical and actual curves, the control of temperature and pressure is quite quick and precise, and it is popular with consumers.
