Lonworks网在变电站综自系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 在变电站自动化系统中,连接站内各个智能装置的站内通讯网是整个系统的关键。CSC-2000成功地将现场总线Lonworks引入到变电站自动化系统中,并在现场运行过程中获得了满意的效果。但仍然有些需要进一步完善的方面,比如:没有一个便携式的网络诊断辅助工具、录波节点上数据报文的传输速度慢等。 本文在熟悉了PCC-10卡的特点和研究了PCC-10卡的使用配置方法的基础上,开发了基于PCC-10卡的网络诊断辅助工具软件。这个软件能够完成网络报文的监视、报文的滤波、部分运动操作功能以及报文的存储和打印功能。这个诊断工具具有使用方便、灵活性高的特点,它大大减小了网络调试的工作量,方便了网络的维护和诊断。 分析了录波节点上报文传输速度慢的原因,比较了并行口和串口这两种方式下网络报文的传输速度,提出了基于MIP技术节点实现的硬件和软件方案。在网络芯片的工作频率相同的情况下,基于MIP技术节点报文的传输速度是并行口方式下报文传输速度的四到五倍,解决了录波节点上报文传输速度慢的问题。另外,MIP技术还支持上行中断功能,节点可以及时地接收主站的下行报文并作相应的处理,解决了MMI节点响应主站命令不及时的问题。因此,MIP技术除了应用在录波节点上,还可以应用在MMI节点上。 另外,本文还探讨了Lonworks网与Ethernet网互连的几种方案,并对各种方案进行了比较和分析。

【Abstract】 ABSTMCTThe communication network Which connects many intelligentdevices plays an imPobo role in the Substation Automation System.CSC-2000 has intfOduced Lonworks into the Substation AutomationSystem successfully and has gained satisfied effect in actual applications oBut there are still some imPerfect ways, such as no expert and convenienttool fOr network diagnosis, the slow trallsmission speed in the faultrecording node and so on.The paPer introduces the characteristic of PCC-l0 card and studieshow to configure the card. On the basis of them, a portable tool based onPCC-l0 for network diagnosis is developed. It can imPlement manyfunctions, such as netWork messages monitoring, network messagesfiltering, some remote operations, netWork messages printing and saving.The tool for netWork diagnosis has the characteristic of portability andagility. It can reduce the workload of debugging on the network greatlyand make the diagnosis on the network convenient.The paPer analyzes the cause of the slow transmission speed in thefau1t recording node, compares the transmission speed of messagesbetween parallel-port and serial-port and presents the hardware andsoftware schemes for the node based on MIP. In the case of sameworking frequency for the Neuron chip, the transmission speed ofmessages for the node based on MIP is three or four times than that forthe node based on parallel-port. MIP solves the problem that thetransmission speed is very slow in the fault recording node. Besides, thenode based on MIP has the function of intemiPt-driven I/O o The node canreceive the messages from master and process them timely and it solvesthe problem that the resPonse to the command from the master for MMIis very slow. As a result, MiP can not only be aPplied to the fault- lI -recording node, but also applied to MMI nodeBesides, the paper discusses the schemes of connecting Lonworks with Ethernet0 And the paper analyzes and compares these schemes0
