【摘要】 用丙酮提取大米中的敌稗残留，液——液分配法去除提取液中水溶性 杂质和水分，柱层析法去除提取液中的有机杂质，选用气相色谱法及电子 捕获检测器测定敌稗残留量。色谱条件：1．5％OV-17．98％OV-210 Chromosorb W.AW.DMCS（60—80目）2.1×3mm（id）玻璃色谱柱，柱 温为200℃，汽化及检测室温度均为250℃，载气(N₂／60ml/min，C—R3A 数据处理机。外标法定量。 方法最小检测量为 2.O×10^-12g，最低检出浓度为0．002mg／kg，平均 添加回收率为89．5—90．5%，变异系数为4．46—5．21%。卫生部食品卫生 监督检验所和扬州大学环境工程系对本方法的验证结果，平均添加回收率 为 87．8－90．9％，变异系数为 5．37—6．05％。更多还原
