【摘要】 20世纪中叶以来，科学技术突飞猛进，知识经济已初露端倪，国力竞争日趋激烈，知识创新、人才开发对经济发展和社会进步起着愈来愈重要的作用。社会发展需要大批具有创新能力的高素质人才，中学教育是高素质人才培养的重要阶段，中学思想政治课是中学德育的主阵地，思想政治课教师是学校德育的骨干与核心，其素质高低对受教育者树立科学的世界观、人生观、价值观影响重大。目前，中学思想政治课教师素质还难以适应素质教育的要求，提高教师素质是摆在我们面前的迫切任务，也是教育理论需要深入研究的重要课题。本文从中学思想政治课和政治课教师的现状出发，从理论上探讨了中学思想政治课教师素质的构成、时代特征和提高教师素质的意义，并根据知识经济和社会信息化的发展，以及全面推进素质教育的要求，分析了目前中学思想政治课教师的素质缺陷及其成因，阐明了提高中学思想政治课教师素质的对策思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 A Probe of the Qualities of Teachers Taking up Political & Ideological Education at Middle Schools (Abstract) Since the middle of 20th century when the idea of knowledge economy were just showing the competition of national power has inereL.singly become fierce with science and technology progressing rapidly .Therefore the innovation of knowledge as well as the exploitation of talent has played a more and more important part in economic development and social progress. since education at middle schools is a most essential stage in culticating talented people, who are badly needed in social development~ and furthermore of all the subjects political & ideological education occupies the chief position in moral education , the teachers qualities have a great effect on students?world ideology and their outlook o life and value . However , the present situation at middle schools can抰 completely meet the requirement of quality ? oriented education So enhancing the qualities of teachers has become an urgent task that faces us . In this article, according to the present situation the author theoretically probes into the form of teachers ?qualities , the characteristives in this era as well as the significance of improving teachers ?qualities , who take up ? political & ideological education at middle schools .
