基于ODBC技术的智能监测诊断与管理系统

【摘要】 本文详细论述了本系统的硬件组成以及系统功能的软件实现。本系统通过HUB连成对等网,包括三台工控机和一台普通计算机。通过其中任一台机器均可监视其余各台机器。软件设计过程采用面向对象的编程思想和方法,利用MFC ODBC类对数据库进行访问,可以实现数据采集、数据处理、图表绘制、报表处理等功能。另外,系统监测和故障诊断也是本系统的重要功能。本文根据领域专家的经验,总结出一系列推理规则,并以这些规则为基础建立起模糊神经网络,实现了对系统的实时监测、故障预测和诊断。由于模糊神经网络的初始权值是给定而不是任意的,而且调整的范围很小,所以网络收敛的速度特别快,克服了BP算法收敛速度慢的缺陷。为了帮助现场技术人员查明故障原因或者进一步确认故障的真实性,本文还开发了离线故障诊断专家系统,从而有利于他们做出进一步判断和决策。全套系统已经在河北省张家口市下花园电厂投入实际运行。运行结果表明,这套系统运行稳定,效果良好,具有较大的推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 The thesis discusses the hardware composition and software programming of the system in detail. This system, which is composed of three industrial computers and one common PC, is connected as a peer-to-peer network through a hub. We can monitor any of the others, using any of the computers. The software was developed in object-oriented programming thinking and method, and it visits database by MFC ODBC classes. And it has many functions, such as data acquisition, data processing, graph protracting, report forms deposing etc. Besides, both system monitoring and fault diagnosing are the important functions too. According to the experiences of the experts, this thesis summarizes a series of deducing rules, and then sets up a fault forecasting and diagnosing fussy neural network on line based on them. The initial weighs are not arbitrary but given, and theyl be adjusted in a small range. So the speed of the network convergence is extremely quick, which has overcome the low convergence speed of the BP arithmetic. A fault diagnosis expert system is also discussed in the thesis, which is helpful for the engineers to check out the causes of the fault, and to make further decisions. This system has applied in the Xia Hua Yuan power plant, Hebei province. It is very valuable to apply this system to practical applications.
