黄芪皂甙提取工艺的研究

【摘要】 本文对黄芪皂甙的提取工艺进行了实验研究,并且考查了某些提取条件下提取产品中黄芪多糖的含量变化。结果表明在浸泡12hrs的条件下提取黄芪皂甙的最佳水平为粗粉状,乙醇浓度75%,回流提取6hrs;而在此条件下黄芪多糖在产品中的含量不是最高。调节提取液的pH值至中性与使用碱水萃取对于提取出的黄芪皂甙量、黄芪多糖量及产品量较不改进效果不显著,但是二者皆对于黄芪皂甙得率的增加有显著效果,改变pH值对增加多糖得率效果显著而碱水萃取则不显著;初步研究了壳聚糖在提取工艺上的应用,结论是在提取条件为粗粉状黄芪75%乙醇浸泡12hrs,回流提取6hrs时,壳聚糖使用的最佳温度为40℃~60℃,反应时间为60min,并且在壳聚糖浓度为0.08%时产品中黄芪皂甙得率最高(85.71%),但此时提取出的产品量也处于最低点。

【Abstract】 Extraction technology of Astraglas Saponins is studied in this paper. Astragalus Saccharines under some conditions are also studied. The optimal extraction condition is 75% alcohol solution, 6hrs regurgitation, powder when marinated for l2hrs; Astraglas Saponins, Astraglas Saccharines and extractive aren抰 comparatively more when changing pH value of extractive solution and leaching by 0.2% NaOH solution than neither. But either can positively effect the ratio of Astraglas Saponins in the extrative, changing pH value of extractive solution can positively effect the ratio of Astraglas Saccharuies in the extractive and leaching by 0.2% NaOH solution can抰 do this. Applying Chitosan to extraction technology demonstrates that the optimal reaction temperature is 400C?00C, the optimal reaction time is 6Omin when the extraction condition is 75% alcohol solution, marinated l2hrs, 6hrs regurgitation, powder. And though there is lest extractive, the ratio of Astraglas Saponins in the extractive is the highest when Chitosan density is 0.08%.
