1MS-1型地膜回收机的改进试验研究

【摘要】 本课题是农业部“948”项目——机械化地膜回收技术的组成部分,对项目成果1MS-1型地膜回收机进行了性能实验和改进,针对1MS-1型在实验中出现的问题,进行的实验和研究。 课题对地膜回收机起膜铲进行的实验研究,得到了起膜铲受力回归模型,根据此模型,课题提出了新的起膜铲设计方案,新方案将具有更好的膜土分离、切除根插和耐磨性能,并可避免不必要的动力消耗;提出了“先拢膜后收膜”的新的收膜模式,通过改善地膜回收机捡膜器与地膜的接触状况,提高地膜回收机的总体性能;建立了1MS-1型地膜回收机捡膜器捡膜齿的运动轨迹模型,并从脱膜效果和捡膜齿强度方面对捡膜器进行了最优化设计。

【Abstract】 the improvement of The ]MS-] Plastic Mulch Removal, which is the product of The Agriculture Department 憇 948 Project, is studied in this paper. To the problems emerged in experiment, The paper given the schemes to resolve them. By experimenting on the hoe, The Linear Regress Equation was gained from data analysis, And new design for hoe, which would have better ability to departing mulch and soil, weeding and wearable performance then present, is given out. In order to improve the working status of The Mulch Gather ,the paper presented another removing pattern The First Collecting Then Getting, It can also improve the entire performance of machine. The paper also figured out the pathway equation of mulch gather stub, and then The Machine Optimize Design Theory was applied for getting better ability to part mulch from Mulch Gather and ensuring the sufficient intension of The Mulch Gather Stub.
