PFC模块的损耗分析及热设计研究

【摘要】 本文通过对硬开关和软开关技术的PFC模块的损耗机理分析,建立数学模型,并给出了较详细的损耗计算过程。在此基础上,通过把最优化方法应用到ZVT-PFC功率级电路、辅助换流电路和高频电感器的设计中,进行了电路结构优化设计和元件参数优化选择,实现最小重量的PFC电源模块的设计。以1.5kW零电压转换(ZVT)单相PFC整流电源模块为例进行了相应的优化设计及实验数据分析。 其次,在探讨开关电源中的高频脉冲升压电感器工作特点的基础上,分析了在不同占空比的脉冲电压激励下的磁芯损耗模型,从最小功耗角度推导出了最佳铜、铁损比。同时,对其等效热路图进行分析,得到了电感热阻关系式。提出了按允许温升进行高频脉冲升压电感器设计的方法和步骤。 最后,根据模块电源的技术指标和使用条件确定散热方式,通过计算所需热阻来选择合适的散热器,给出了PFC电源模块热设计的方法和步骤。同时,通过实验数据分析说明了该电源的热设计满足实际工作时所允许的可靠性要求。

【Abstract】 In the dissertation, we analyzed and compared with the loss mechanism of the Zero-Voltage-Transition PWM soft switching and classical PWM circuit. then gave a more detail calculation. By applying optimum method in ZVT-PFC power circuit, assistant commutation circuit and inductor design, we selects reasonable circuit configuration and parameters , and obtain PFC power module which has a minimum weight. The data obtained from a 1.5kW Zero-Voltage-Transition(ZVT) single phase Power-Factor-Correction (PFC) rectifier with the PFC IC UC3 854 ,it supports the conclusions results. Secondly, by Studying the magnetic character under the high-frequent pulse voltages, a practical method is presented for computing high-frequency ferrite core losses in the magnetic component for different duty cycles pulse voltages waveforms. The optimum distribution of the core and copper loss also can be deduced form the minimum loss object mode. By analyzing the thermal circuit diagram, we get a thermal resistance expression of inductor. A design procedure for optimum design of a high-power, high-frequency inductor is presented. This procedure is based on a given difference in temperature. AT last, the cooling way is given according to the specifications and used conditions of the Module power Supply. By calculating thermal resistance, we select suitable sink. A process of thermal design to assure the reliable operation of Module Power Supply in the temperature rating is presented ,practical results show good agreement with the theory.
