益肝煎剂抗肝纤维化的临床与实验研究

【摘要】 基于临床和实验研究，我们探讨了益肝煎剂抗肝纤维化的疗效及其作用机理。实验研究中，我们建立了CCl₄损伤肝纤维化大鼠模型；观察到益肝煎剂可明显降低肝纤维化血清学指标—HA、PCⅢ、LN、ⅣC的水平；改善肝纤维化大鼠肝脏病变，并拍摄了大鼠动物模型的肝脏病理图片。临床研究中，我们用益肝煎剂与强肝胶囊进行慢性肝病肝纤维化的疗效对比（强肝胶囊是全国中西医结合消化学会推荐的唯一的抗肝纤维化药物），结果益肝煎剂在改善一般症状、降低血清HA、ⅣC水平方面，与强肝胶囊疗效相似（P＞0.05）；在降低血清PCⅢ、LN水平方面优于强肝胶囊（P＜0.05），从而对中医药抗肝纤维化的疗效得到进一步的证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical and Experimental Study on The treatmentof Liver Fibrosis with Yi Gan Jian JiSpeciality:Clinical Research with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western MedicineStudent:Sun YufengThtor:Prof. Wei JiwuAbstractBased on the clinical and experimental study , we researehed the curative effect of Yi (~ Jim Ji and its mechanism.In the experimental study, we made the animal models with SD mice damaged by CCh. We observed that Yi Gan Juan li reduced the serum level of HA,PCIII ,1N andJV C . It improved the pathological changes of liver fibrosis in mice. We took the pictires of the pathological specimens of liver.In clinical study, wecompared thecunitive effect of Yi GanlianJi with that ofQiang Can Jiao Nang (Qiang Gan Jiao Nang is the only medicine treating liver fibrosis recommended by Chinese Association of the Integration of Traditional Chinese andWestern medicine). Results: Yi Gan han hi and Qiang Gan Jiao Nang had the effects on improving symptoms and reducing the serum levels of HA, DI C, hut the difference between them was not obvious (p >0.05). The effects of Yi Can Jian hi on reducingthe levels of PC III and LN was more obvious than that of Qiang Can Jiao Nang (p < 0.05).
