健脾利胆片治疗胆囊炎的临床与实验研究

【摘要】 本研究旨在从理论、临床与实验诸方面对健脾利胆片治疗脾虚型胆囊炎的机理进行系统探讨，以寻求一种新的治疗思路、方法和有效药物。研究认为，肝郁脾虚是本病的主要病机，健脾利胆为其主要治则。临床以健脾利胆片治疗54例作为治疗组，以利胆片治疗36例作为对照组，将患者的症状、体征及B超检查作治疗前后对比。结果表明，该方不仅能明显改善患者全身症状，而且能显著提高胆囊收缩率，恢复B超下胆囊正常形态。治疗组的总有效率达90.74％，而对照组的总有效率为58.33％，两组比较有显著差异（P＜0.01）。实验研究表明，该药可显著增加脾虚大鼠的胆汁分泌量，改善脾虚家兔的胆囊收缩功能，并具有抗菌、消炎的作用。证实了健脾利胆片具有健脾利胆的确切作用，且服用方便，无毒副作用，是目前临床上治疗脾虚型胆囊炎的有效制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of this study was to make a systematic inquire into the mechanism of Jian P1 U Dan Tablet in treating cholecystitis of weakness of the spleen in theoretical, Clinical and experimental aspects, and to find a new therapeutic thought, method and effective ding. Researeh su~sted that stagnation of the liver - uj and weakness of the spleen is the main pathogenesis of the disease. Jian Pill Dan is its main therapeutic principle.ln clinical study,54 cases were treated by han P1 Li Dan Tablet as treatment group, 36 cases were treated by Ii Dan Tablet as control group, The s~torns, igns, and ultrasonography of all patients before and after treatment were observed. Results showed that this tablet not only can improve patient抯 general symptoms obviously, but also raise gallbladder contraction rate remarkably and recover the cholecystic nomial shape under B - ultmsound.the total effective rate of therapeutic group was 90.74% ,while in control groups, the total effective rate was 58.33% ,difference of comparison between thetwo groups was remarkable (P < 0.01)0 Experimental study showed that the tablet increased the choleresis volume of spleen ?asthenia white rat and the gallbladder contract function of spleen ?asthenia rabbit remarkably. All of these proved the Jian Pi Li Dan Tablet had the pronounced effect of strengthening the spleen and cholagogic in treating cholecystitis, and convenience of taking, and no toxicating and side ?effecting, It will become a effictive tablet in treating cholecystitis of weakness of the speen at present clinic.更多还原
