深化课程改革的思考

【副题名】基础教育课程“三大板块”实践的矛盾与对策

【摘要】 新中国成立以后,基础教育的课程改革随时代的步伐不断变革与发展,逐渐适应国家经济、社会发展与人的全面发展的需要,尤其是改革开放20多年来,课程改革,特别是“三大板块”课程在实践中取得了较大的成绩。但是,由于实践过程中存在着种种矛盾,使国家预定的培养目标至今难以全部达到。通过分析,其内在的原因十分复杂,由此导致的后果也很严重。为建立新的基础教育课程体系,全面推进素质教育,使“三大板块”课程能得以顺利实施,本文从国内与国际的比较,理论与实践的结合上,对深化课程改革提出了几点思考与对策。

【Abstract】 Summary : The reform of curriculum in basic education has been furthered and has gradually met the demands of economy, social development and complete humanity development since the founding of our country .ln the past over 20 years of the reform and opening, great progress has been made in the reform of curriculums, especially in the practice of the 3-plate curriculums. But there still remain some problems, which prevent the training goals from being achieved. After careful analysis, we think that the causes are rather complicated and the results caused extremely serious. In order to set up a new curriculum system for basic education, promote quality education and put the -plate curriculums into smooth practice, this thesis presents several considerations on further reform of curriculums, based on the comparison between home and abroad and the integration of theory and practice. Author: Mr Zheng Yong, male and 42 years old, holds the following titles , honors and positions :an expert enjoying the state subsidy by the State Council, one of the selected persons for he National Talented- person Project one of the ten-outstanding youths of Fuzhou, excellent professional and technical talent. a headmaster of a key secondary school with both senior and special-grade titles, a MD post-graduate of the 97- grade in education administration of Fujian Teachers University and a visiting associate professor of the Economics and Law College.
