星海公司战略联盟与资本运营战略研究

【摘要】 战略联盟与资本运营是近年来为企业界与管理学界所普遍认可的使企业迅速发展的有效途径。通过战略联盟与其它厂家合资合作,可提高企业在市场上的竞争力;而通过资本运营,采取兼并、收购、托管等形式可使企业的资产规模迅速扩张,使企业的资本得到有效增值。 目前关于战略联盟与资本运营的研究很多,但对一个特定的汽车零部件制造厂家,如何通过战略联盟使企业增加其持久竞争能力,如何通过有效的资本运作使企业寻找到新的经济增长点,关于这方面的论述迄今还很少。本文通过对大量文献的总结概括并在大量案例分析的基础上,采用理论与实践相结合的方法,为星海公司制订出一套实施战略联盟与资本运营战略的初步可行性发展规划。

【Abstract】 Strategic alliance and Capital management are the effective approaches to boosting the development of an enterprise, which is recently widely acknowledged by business circles and management circles. The enterprise抯 competitive ability in the market will be improved by Strategic alliance and the enterprise抯 capital scopes will be increasingly expanded by Capital management, and they efficiently increased in value which always take the form of merger, acquisition and trusteeship. Now there is a lot of research in the Strategic alliance and the Capital management, but for a special automotive components and parts producer, how can the enterprise improve its sustainable competitive ability by Strategic alliance, how can it find the new economical improving points by effective Capital management? Unfortunate, the related discussion is rarely found. This paper is based on the summarization of the multiple documents and the analyses of many cases, drafts a set of preliminary feasible development plans for the xinghai Company which implements Strategic alliance and Capital management strategy.
