物业管理企业的成长与发展问题研究

【摘要】 改革开放以来，随着我国房地产业的不断发展，物业管理越来越受到人们的重视。但是因为物业管理在我国的历史非常短，在我国的不同地区发展的也不平衡，而原来的房屋管理体制改革的也不是很彻底，所以物业管理企业遇到很多问题。这些问题能不能解决，关系到物业管理企业的健康发展。而物业管理牵涉到千家万户，所以物业管理企业能不能健康发展就成为一个愈来愈受到政府重视的问题。 本文试图通过对物业管理的起源及其在国外的发展的回顾，分析物业管理的基本内容、宗旨及原则，结合物业管理企业在我国的发展历程及遇到的困难，提出物业管理企业应该通过自身的改造及政府有关政策的配合发展壮大自己，提高我国的物业管理的整体水平，为人们提供更多更好的服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the real estate industry after innovation and open-the-door in China, property management has been paid more attention by people. But property management enterprises encountered a lot of problems because of its short history, lopsidedly developing in different areas in China and halfway innovating of the old real estate management system. How to settle those problems is the key of successful development for property management enterprises. And it has been paid great attention by the government whether or not the property management enterprises can be developed smoothly in respect that property management is related to millions of people. By looking back the origin and the development of property management abroad, the basic content, tenet and principles of the property management are analyzed in the thesis. It is suggested that property management enterprises must innovate themselves and reinforce themselves by issuing government policies according to the development history and encountered difficulties of property management enterprises in China. Therefore our property management level can be improved and our people can get more and better services.更多还原
