可编程控制技术在采样机控制系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文首先对现代可编程控制技术的应用现状、发展趋势作了较为详细的介绍,然后简要介绍了火力发电厂中的“(火车)入场煤采样机”的产生背景和应用意义。接下来简单概括了采样机的机械和电气系统的总体方案设计,详细讲述了采样机电控系统主体软硬件的研制过程和设计方法。对于工业控制现场不可避免的电磁干扰现象也作了一定的介绍,提出了一些在本系统中使用到的抗干扰措施。最后讨论的是现代工厂的自动化网络的现状与分类并提出了本系统组网的简单设想以及对于本系统今后的一些改进措施。此外,文中对本系统整体的设计思想和一些关键的技术以及所获得的经验都进行了介绍和讨论。本设计中综合运用了工控机、可编程控制器(PLC)、变频器等现代控制部件,所做的研究和开发工作对同类设备以及一般的工业控制都有参考价值。

【Abstract】 This paper firstly introduces the applied situation and developing trend of the programmable control technology in detail. Then presents the birth background and the sense of the 揅oal Sampling Machine for the Power Plants? Afterwards the paper generalizes the study of the mechanical and electrical systems in brief. What follows is the study progress and the design method of the hardware and software of the main body of the electrical control system in particular. The electromagnetic interference, which is the unavoidable phenomenon of the industrial control locale, is also included in the paper and some measures of the anti-interference are presented. Finally the paper discusses the present situation and taxonomy of the automation network in the modem plant and advances the simple conception of the networking method of the system. Also discussed are some improvement methods. In addition, the paper introduces and discusses the whole design idea~. key techniques and the experience obtained in the process. This design integrates some modem control devices, such as industrial control computer, PLC, frequency conversion device. All of these are of some reference value to the design of relative machines and industrial control systems.
