机械量虚拟测试系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 虚拟仪器(VI)是计算机与仪器仪表相结合的产物,是对传统仪器概念的重大突破,必将成为测试仪器的主流。为了探讨和应用虚拟仪器技术,本文以应用广泛的电阻应变传感器特性测试、温度测控为实例研究对象,开发了基于VI技术的机械量虚拟测试系统。在系统的开发过程中,对系统硬件进行了详细的分析,采用普及廉价的PC—DAQ体系结构作为本系统的硬件实现方案。提出采用面向对象技术分析通用的机械量测试系统,得到系统的对象模型、动态模型、功能模型,并采用编译型图形化语言LabVIEW实现了类结构,开发了方法级和类一级的子虚拟仪器。由于LabVIEW不是面向对象的语言,所以本文提出了一种在LabVIEW环境下表示和实现类的方法,具有很好的实用性。 本论文着重于对机械量虚拟测试系统的系统分析、软件模块的实现以及软件合成技术的研究。采用面向对象技术,可以最大限度的保证了机械量虚拟测试系统软件模块的通用性和重用率,实现系统的易用性、可维护性、可扩充性以及可靠性。本论文提出并实现了一种适用于LabVIEW图形化编程环境的软件合成方法,使用已经设计好的软件模块,可快速合成整个测试应用系统。在此基础上进一步讨论了综合运用数据库技术、软构件技术进行虚拟测试软件合成的方法。 试验结果证明,本论文提出的机械量虚拟测试系统实现方法技术上先进可行,功能丰富,效果良好。

【Abstract】 As a result of the combination of computer technology and instrument technology, Virtual Instrumentation technology has broken through old concept of instrument and will become artery of test system. Virtual test system applicable in the field of mechanical engineering based on VI is developed. Characteristic test of resistance strain sensor and temperature test and control are researched as instances. This thesis analyses the hardware of system, and popular and low-cost PC桪AQ structure is chosen . Through analysis of universal testing system of mechanical engineering using object-oriented method, object model, dynamic model and function model are established. In addition, class architecture has been realized using graphic LabVIEW language after developing of child VI of function level and class level. Because LabVIEW is not an object-oriented language, a method to organize and realize class architecture using Lab VIEW is presented, which has good practical value. This thesis focuses on the research of system analysis, software achievement and software synthesis. Taking advantage of object-oriented method, Software module of virtual test system applicable in the field of mechanical engineering can be greatest universality and reusability, and the virtual test system performance of better universality, maintainability, expandability and reliability can be achieved. A kind of software synthesis method applicable for LabVIEW is introduced, and the software synthesis method making use of database technology and component technology is further proposed. The experiment result proves that, the virtual test system for mechanical parameters is advanced and feasible, which has rich functions and good effect.
