VXI总线自动测试台硬件系统的设计与开发

【摘要】 本文以研究飞行管理计算机(FMC)的自动测试台为主,探讨了基于VXI总线系统的自动测试技术。 从可维护性角度对FMC进行深入分析,介绍了FMC测试原理及内嵌测试的作用,着重分析了FMC接口信号特征及其在测试中的作用。 在研究VXI测试总线技术的基础上设计了本测试系统的硬件总体方案,针对FMC测试供求信号分析结果,提出了各子系统模块的功能,并参照VXI机箱结构,设计了转接机箱。在分析和研究EISA和PCI总线的基础上,提出了无源底板总线信号分布的方法,依据系统控制及可靠性的需要,进一步规定了地址识别、转接控制及回绕控制的功能及信号逻辑关系。采用自检回绕思想,给出各转接电路板详细设计原理,并以离散量输入转接板设计为例给出了电路设计原理图。 最后介绍了系统的可靠性设计,对部分实验结果作了分析。

【Abstract】 This dissertation focused mainly on the research of an automatic test stand for Flight Management Computer (FMC), and some test technique based on VXI bus system was discussed. First, the testing principle and the functions of Built In Test (BIT) of FMC were introduced, as well as their functions in testing of the FMC interface were analyzed in detail. Then, the general design plan of the hardware system for the test stand was made on the base of some researches of VXI bus techniques. With respect of the analysis results of the input and output signals of FMC , the functions of each subsystem module were proposed, and the frame of each subsystem module were on reference of the VXI structure. According to the bus signal distribution rule of EISA and PCI , the bus signal distribution method of the no source motherboard of the switching box was proposed, and the address identification, switching control and back-loop self test control were specified to meet the needs of system control and reliability. Finally, the detailed principle design for each switching board was given, and the circuit schematic drawing of discrete input switching board was presented. The reliability design and some experimental result analysis were made on conclusion.
