离心通风机系列产品CAD系统的研究

【摘要】 本文进行离心通风机系列产品CAD系统的研究和开发,探讨利用现有的通用CAD软件CATIA,在微机上开发离心通风机CAD系统的方法,并对其中与软件开发有关的几个关键问题作了较为深入的研究。本文研究了离心通风机的理论设计和相似设计原理,进行了离心通风机系列产品CAD系统快速响应的研究,基本实现了离心风机系列产品设计的自动化。文中在CATIA平台上建立了离心风机的三维模型事例图库,建立了EXCEL格式的离心通风机的三维模型事例参数库,在ACCESS上建立了离心通风机系列产品的标准参数数据库。利用CATIA的表格参数驱动的功能、三维几何零部件的装配关系的关联功能以及三维几何模型与二维图纸之间的关联功能,建立了可进行参数驱动的离心通风机模型事例库。在VB环境中,建立了离心通风机设计的用户界面,通过理论设计和相似设计,运用基于事例推理和模块化设计的原理,并利用COM技术,将离心风机模型事例库和离心通风机标准参数数据库进行有效的集成,使离心通风机的设计可以对风机模型事例库进行参数驱动,最终形成具有按理论设计和相似设计进行离心通风机系列产品自动化设计并生成用户所需的二维工程图纸的CAD集成系统。

【Abstract】 After the analysis of the main design tasks of centrifugal fan, a frame to develop CAD system for the series-product of centrifugal fan is formed on the basis of existing PC CAD software, and several problems relating closely to software development are studied. The methods of theory design and similar design for centrifugal fan are used in the article for the development and study of integrated CAD system for centrifugal fan. The purpose of this study is for the automatism-design of centrifugal fan and CAD system of centrifugal fan that can response quickly according to user抯 design. All those are supported by CATIA. The 3D case-based modal shape library on CATIA case-based modal parameter library on EXCEL and standard parameter database for centrifugal fan on ACCESS must be set up . The 3D modal case-based shape library, which can be parameterized, is supported by the functions of CATIA, which are tabledimension driver ~. products assemble relation and relation between 3D modal and 2D draft and so on . User interface for the design of centrifugal fan is built by VB, which is supported by the method of modularity and the technology of COM, and integrate those libraries. By doing those, the CAD system can be integrated, which offer 2D engineering drawings user needs, and automatically design centrifugal fan on the theories of theory-design and similar- design by driving the case-based modal library.
