渗碳炉碳势控制系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 本文首先简要论述了井式渗碳炉在滴注式气氛中的渗碳原理及其控制方案,并阐述了渗碳过程中各工艺参数对渗碳结果的影响及其相互关系;然后通过实验,对渗碳炉的动态特性进行了测定,得到了较为准确的传递函数,并以此为基础,选择比较合理的控制策略——带Smith预估器的PID算法,以达到控制精度高、计算量少的目的;再以Intel 8031单片机为核心,通过硬件设计和软件开发,经过联机后仿真调试,完成了渗碳炉碳势控制系统的研制任务;最后以陕西燎原航空机械制造公司一台老式的井式渗碳炉为改造对象,进行了本文所研制的碳势控制系统的现场安装和调试。通过对试件的渗碳结果进行分析,表明本文所研制的碳势控制系统在较为复杂、恶劣的工作环境中仍能达到控制输出正常、运行稳定的效果,具备了较强的抗干扰能力和较高的可靠性,同时,采用本文所研制的控制系统,零件的渗碳质量较原先的人工控制有了显著的提高,表明所研制的控制系统具有良好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 A control system for carbon potential is developed in this paper. Firstly, the theory of carburization and its control method in drop-feed atmosphere in pit-type furnace are briefly analyzed, and the interaction among parameters of carburizing process is described. Secondly, the transfer function of the pit-type furnace is identified by the dynamic properties which is measured by test, and to improve the quality of carburization, a rational control algorithm 桺ID control 梚s selected. Then the control system for carbon potential has been developed by designing hardware and software in which Intel 8031 is the core. Finally, the control system is assembled on a pit-type furnace controlled by manual formerly. By our comparing the results of the carburization of sample, the control system for carbon potential improves the general properties of the sample, shortens the carburizing time, embraces high reliability of working steadily even in bad environment, and proves the wide prospect of the control system.
