基于B/S的制造工艺信息数据库集成应用

【摘要】 计算机辅助工艺过程设计是CIMS的重要组成部分，构成了CAD／CAM集成数据桥梁。在工艺过程设计中，得到有效的工艺数据支持，有利于提高工作效率，实现制造指令编制的规范化，以降低生产成本，提高企业效益，提高市场环境下的企业竞争力。 本文结合CIMS及先进制造技术的发展，以及计算机技术、信息技术的最新成果，研究企业应用新技术实现CAPP工艺信息的集成、查询等方面的相关技术，提出基于B／S结构的制造工艺信息数据库集成应用方法，并结合西飞公司工艺管理的具体实际，开发了基于B／S的制造工艺信息数据库集成应用系统。本文研究的重要内容创新点： 1、应用IDEF系统建模技术和方法，分析制造工艺信息结构及构 成，建立西飞公司零件制造工艺信息模型。 2、结合ASP技术、ORACLE数据库管理系统的应用特点，研究网 络环境下基于B／S结构的工艺信息集成实现方法，并建立西飞 公司零件制造工艺信息集成数据库。 3、论述了西飞公司制造工艺信息集成应用系统的实现方法以及应 用成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) is an important part of the CIMS with which has formed a data bridging. During the process planning, it has been supported by the effective process data and being helpful for improving the operation efficiency and making it true for standardization the fabrication order preparation in order to reduce the production cost and increase the enterprise benefits and the competition for market. This paper has studied the new technology for the enterprise application to realize the relevant technique of the aspects of integrating and enquiring for the CAPP process information, combining CIMS and the development of the advanced manufacturing technology, as well as the latest results from the computer technology and information technology. It provides the application methods for the manufacturing process information database integration based on Browser/Server structure, in light with the practical in Xi抋n Aircraft Company (XAC) process management, while developing the manufacturing process information database integration application system. The innovating points in this paper: 1. Application of IDEF system technology and methods creating model, while analyzing manufacturing process information structure and construction and establishing part fabrication process information model in XAC. 2. The paper has studied the process information integration accomplishment methods based on B/S structure under the net environment, combining ASP technology and the application features for Oracle database management system, and establishing the part fabrication process information integration database in XAC. 3.
