L8型飞机襟翼收放系统可靠性验证试验及寿命试验研究

【摘要】 本文针本对L8机襟翼收放系统的具体情况,研究了其可靠性验证试验和寿命试验方案,并深入研究了涉及试验的关键问题,例如:可靠性试验参数与可靠性指标之间的关系,工作时间与工作次数的折算,合成试验剖面,确定成败型可靠性试验参数的方法等等。其研究结果也可推广用于其他系统或装置进行可靠性验证试验和寿命试验。 根据该系统的特点,可靠性验证试验和寿命试验采用了指数寿命性和成败型两种试验方案。此外,还根据需要对可靠性验证试验和寿命试验进行了综合试验设计。在研究试验剖面时,论述了时间域内环境条件和次数域内环境条件,这表明本文既能解决连续系统又能解决离散系统的试验问题。

【Abstract】 According to concrete conditions of the wing flap retraction-extension system of the 18 trainer aircraft, this paper ca nes out a research into the relibility demonstration test and the life test plans of the system, and deals with some key issues related to the test in a deep manner, such as relation between the reliability test parameters and the reliability indexes, converting from working time(frequency), composite test profiles, the mathod determining reliability test parameters for success ratio and so on. The result of the reserch can also be generalized and applied to other system or equipment to be conduct the reliability demonstration test and the life test. Based on the characteristics of the system, two kings or test plans, exponent life and success ratio. Are adopted about reliability demonstration test. In adddition, the integrated test design of the reliability demonstration test and the life test is discussed in the paper. In making reseach on test profile, the environment conditions within the limit of the time and the times are expounded , and this indicate that the result can solve both the test problem of continnous work system and ones of discrete work system.
