网络信息化环境下的质量管理

【摘要】 计算机辅助质量系统（CAQ）和计算机集成质量系统（IQS）是企业实现CIMS及其它先进生产模式的基础和重要组成部分，对制造企业在战略和策略上均有十分重要的意义。本文对网络信息化环境下的质量管理作了进一步的研究，其目的在于给出流程企业的质量管理系统解决方案，以解决西北锆管有限责任公司计算机辅助质量管理系统（NWZ-CAQ）的实际应用问题。 本文对计算机辅助质量管理的发展和研究现状等进行了全面回顾，并对网络信息化环境下的质量管理进行了一定程度的探讨，提出了实现质量管理网络信息化的质量管理系统系统的结构和实现方法。接着，本文对基于2000年版ISO 9000质量保证体系的质量管理系统进行了初步讨论，并给出了具体的实现方法，进一步完善了质量管理系统的体系结构。讨论了流程企业对质量管理系统的特殊需求，研究了流程企业质量管理系统的框架模型，以及流程企业质量管理系统实现的网络与数据库技术解决方案。本文最后对所开发的NWZ-CAQ系统作了需求分析，包括功能需求、性能需求、信息需求。介绍了NWZ-CAQ系统的总体结构和集成方案，建立了功能模型和信息模型，对该系统开发中的关键技术进行了探讨，并描述了NWZ-CAQ系统的具体实现。 本文有关的部分研究在NWZ-CAQ系统得到了实际应用，并获得了满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Computer Aided Quality System (CAQ) and Integrated Quality System (IQS) are the important component and foundation of CIMS and other advanced manufacturing pattern. It contains very important strategy and stratagem for an enterprise to survive and win in the market competition. This thesis makes a further discussion and study on the quality management under the network information environment. The intention is providing system solution of quality management system for process industry in order to resolve the practical problem of application in the NWZ-CAQ system (NWZ, Northwest Zircotube Co. Ltd). This paper reviews the development and research status quo of CAQ, and discusses the quality management under network information environment. The structure and realization method of quality management system, which makes the quality management work under network information environment, is advanced. Then, the quality management system based in ISO 9000 series (2000 edition) is handled, and the practical realization method is put forward. This paper discusses the special requirement of process industry about quality management system gi, studies the framework of quality management system concerned process industry, and provides resolution of network and database technologies of quality management system systematizing in the matter of process industry. On the basis of analyzing the practical requirements of quality management in NWZ, the system scheme is established and the information flow of the whole system is confirmed, the system framework and integrated scheme are provided as well as the functional model and the information model. At last, some key technologies concerned development of NWZ-CAQ are discussed, and the practical realization of NWZ-CAQ is described. Some studies in this paper have been put into practice in NWZ-CAQ and satisfactory effect has been achieved.更多还原
