基于核心能力的企业竞争力理论与实证研究

【摘要】 经济全球一体化和信息化技术的飞速发展，使企业的国内国际竞争日益激烈。改革开放二十余年，中国企业有了质的飞跃，越来越多像长虹、海尔、康佳这样的大型企业集团开始走出国门，参与全球竞争，但是同资金、技术实力雄厚的跨国公司相比，中国企业的总体竞争力状况依然是不容乐观的，面临的竞争形势也是非常严峻的。因此如何在较短的时间和路径上提高中国企业的竞争力，不仅是企业自身需要解决的问题，更是关系到国家经济安全的重大问题，选择这一课题进行研究，无疑有着重要的现实意义。 本文运用制度经济学、组织经济学、产权理论、核心能力理论、系统工程的工具和方法，在综合分析国内外已有的企业竞争力理论研究成果基础上，从理论和实证角度对基于核心能力的企业竞争力进行了系统的研究。论文首先介绍了本文的写作背景，系统回顾了国内外企业竞争力研究的历史和现状；接着阐明了企业竞争力的概念、性质，分析了企业竞争力的构成要素及其相互间的关系，从动态和静态两个方面建立了企业竞争力的基本数学模型，进一步阐明了企业竞争力管理的内容、程序、组织；三是在上述理论指导下，从企业制度、能力、资源、环境四个方面构造了一套完整的企业竞争力综合评价指标体系，综合运用模糊数学、层次分析法（AHP）、灰色评估理论建立了企业竞争力模糊综合评价模型；四是结合现代企业的核心能力理论，研究了基于核心能力企业竞争力的提升，提出了中国企业竞争力的提升模式，从企业自身和政府两个方面探讨了提高我国企业竞争力的问题；最后是案例研究，即成飞（集团）机电公司企业竞争力的实证分析，从多个角度分析了中国工业洗涤设备行业的竞争状况，运用前文的企业竞争力模糊综合评价模型，对包括机电公司在内的七家具有代表性的工业洗涤设备制造厂家的竞争力进行评价排序，探讨了成飞（集团）机电公司竞争力提升对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Local and international competition among enterprises is becoming warmer and warmer because of the economy globalization and IT development. Chinese enterprises have made great progress since opening and reforming, more and more business groups such as CHANGHONG, HAIR, KONKA goes abroad and participates in global competition. On the other hand, more and more multinational corporations from developed countries come into China, Chinese enterprises face sever struggle. Therefore, how to improve the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in a short time and road is not only a question to the enterprises, but also an important question to the economy security of the state. Obviously, the study on this subject has the great realistic significance. Based on the research of enterprise competitiveness at home and overseas, this paper uses systemic economics, organizational economics.. theory of property right.. theory of the core competence and system engineering to study the enterprise competitiveness based on the core competence in theory and practice. First, this paper introduces the writing background, looks back the previous and current research on the competitiveness of enterprises. Second, this paper clarifies the definition and character of it, analyzes its components and their internal relation, makes the basic mathematic models of it in dynamic and static state, illustrates the content procedure.. organization of its management. Then based upon these theories, this paper establishes a full system of indexes from four aspects (system, competence, resource, circumstance) , sets a fuzzy synthetically evaluating model upon fuzzy mathematics.. AHP.. gray evaluating theory. Forth, this paper studies the enhancement of the enterprise competitiveness based on core competence, erects a model, and discusses how to heighten the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in two sides, enterprises and government. Last is a case study on Machinery & Electronic company of Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group(CAC), this paper analyzes the competitive situation of Chinese industrial washing machine trade, uses the fuzzy synthetically evaluating model to rank seven typical industrial washing machine manufactures including Machinery & Electronic company of CAC, brings forward its countermeasures.更多还原
